The man arrested earlier this month for his alleged role in the murder of XXXTentacion is demanding prosecutors turn over all information relating to the case and he's looking to see just what the cops have on him.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Michael Boatwright is asking prosecutors turn over to his legal team a list of all witnesses they plan on calling to testify him. He's also looking for any statements given by witnesses that would establish his innocence or any information or evidence police collected that would rule him out as the shooter.

Boatwright is also concerned about whether or not someone dropped a dime on him as part of some kind of deal. In the docs, he says he's looking for "any and all statements, agreements, offers of discussions had with any of the State’s witnesses or a suggestion of lenience, compensation, assurance not to prosecute, assurance to proceed only on certain causes, or any other offer to benefit accruing to said individual whatsoever in exchange for their cooperation, assistance of testimony in the trial."

He also wants to know if there was any electronic surveillance, including wire-tapping, of his home or any conversations he was a party to previously. Boatwright wants all documents relating to any wiretaps and if police obtained his cell phone records, he wants those turned over.

As The Blast previously reported, Boatwright was arrested for an unrelated drug charge but served with a warrant on July 10 while in custody for first-degree murder.

He now faces the additional charge of murder, along with the drug charges he was already facing. According to the Broward Sheriff’s Office, Michael Boatwright is one of the two armed suspects who confronted XXXTentacion outside Riva Motorsports in June.

Officials say they are still searching for the second gunman, as well as a person of interest, Robert Allen.

Dedrick Williams has already been arrested and charged with murder as well, although it now appears he’s not one of the men who actually shot the rapper.
