A grade school teacher who moonlights as an independent wrestler with a Nazi-themed character is being investigated by his district as they look into his alleged anti-Semitic extracurricular activities.

Kevin Bean is a 36-year-old man from Boyertown, PA and teaches 5th and 6th graders at a local elementary school. He spends his free time wrestling in the World Wide Wrestling Alliance as "Blitzkrieg the German Juggernaut," and waves a flag adorned with the German Iron Cross while throwing up Nazi salutes.

For some reason officials at the school were unaware of the connection between Bean's two lives, and after they found out, launched an investigation into his future at the school.

School officials tell The Blast, “Spring-Ford Area School District was made aware of a video featuring an employee, outside of the school setting, participating in an amateur wrestling event. Once administrators were made aware of the video they acted immediately to conduct an internal investigation."

They added, "The actions portrayed in this video do not represent the core values of the school district. As an educational organization, we pride ourselves in providing a safe and nurturing learning environment."

According to footage from a recent event found by Pro Wrestling Sheet's Ryan Satin, Bean can be seen wearing a tank-top with an "SS" style lightning bolt while throwing up Nazi salutes and shouting "Sieg Heil" as he enters the ring.

The Blast spoke with Dino Sanna, owner of WWWA, and he says Bean is a "good guy and not a hateful person." He told us Bean is actually very religious, with close ties to his local church.

Sanna also claims many of the children in the crowd -- who were cheering as Bean waved a flag with the German Iron Cross -- were students from his school.

As far as the Nazi character, Sanna didn't really have an explanation behind the motivation, but said that nobody has ever complained about Blitzkrieg. He says the character has become a popular villain, or heel, at shows and is adamant "Everyone has a gimmick, it's wrestling."

We reached out to Bean for comment, but have not heard back.
