Jack Osbourne made light of his mother, Sharon Osbourne's plastic surgery procedures during an episode of their "The Osbournes Podcast."

The 37-year-old told the TV personality that "Every 5,000 miles, Mom goes in for a tune-up," drawing parallels between her procedures and the maintenance routine for a car.

It comes after Sharon revealed that she previously took Ozempic for a few months to help her lose weight.

In an episode of their recently rebooted family podcast, Jack joked that his mother's cosmetics surgeries feel like the maintenance routine of a car.

"I thought you had, like, a two- or three-year, like, tune-up. It's like a car," the 37-year-old joked, per Page Six, adding, "Every 5,000 miles, Mom goes in for a tune-up."

In response to the humorous tease, Sharon said that plastic surgery was something "everybody" should undergo at some point.

Shortly after, Sharon's daughter, Kelly, supported her, saying she would also do some plastic surgery to keep flaps away from her neck.

"I do not want one of those necks in which you can flick. That will never happen," Kelly said in response to Jack asking her if she felt the same way.

Over the years, Sharon has had a number of plastic surgery procedures, including a facelift, a brow lift, a nose job, and Botox injections. She has also had liposuction breast and augmentation.

In her 2013 autobiography, "Unbreakable," the former "The Talk" co-host revealed that she had "tweaked, stretched, peeled, lasered, veneered, enhanced or removed altogether" several sections of her body and wouldn't have any more procedures in the future.

However, she still went under the knife a few more times, including one in 2019 and another in 2021. While the former gave Sharon her expected result, the latter went wrong, leaving the TV personality looking like a "f***ing Cyclops."

"That one put me off and it frightens me," Sharon told the Sunday Times." "I really f***ing pushed it with the last facelift and I am now like, no more." She added, "Time is against me, I cannot have another facelift."

Going under the knife is not the only body-changing procedure Sharon has indulged in. The mother-of-three revealed in May 2023 that she had used Ozempic in a bid to shed some weight.

The drug was initially created for diabetic patients but has now become popularly used by celebrities trying to lose weight.

"I took it for four months, I lost 30 pounds," Osbourne said during an episode of UK's "The Talk," per the Daily Mail. "I've just shoved two chips in my mouth, while we had the break, and I eat normally now, and I haven't put on a pound. Nothing."

At the time, she also pointed out that taking the drug did not really sit well with her body and made her feel nauseous.

In August, Sharon admitted that taking Ozempic was done out of desperation during her appearance on Bill Maher's "Club Random" podcast.

"You have a weight problem and you've tried everything, and then somebody says take this injection, and you're going to be skinny," she told her host about what led to her trying the drug, per Page Six.

During the show, she confirmed again that she was no longer taking the medication but that the effect of reduced appetite still lingers.

"I've been off it for a while now. Your stomach shrinks," Sharon added.
