The popular fitness trainer is known for giving her followers words of wisdom in the caption of her posts. In a recent social media caption, she reflected on her growth while showing off her fit physique in a tiny black bikini!

In one of her latest Instagram posts, the fitness guru tugged her long blonde braid away from her face as she sat on the couch, showing off her long pink nails. She is wearing a strappy black bikini that is made of more straps than fabric. The bottoms feature a long black string that wraps around her toned abs, connecting the back to the front with two gold rings.

There is another gold ring at the center of her chest, where the straps of her bikini top connect to a longer scrap of fabric. Lindsey has made a lot of progress on her fitness goals in the past year and fans are happy to see that she has the confidence to show off her stunning physique with her fans!

“Growth is not a loud public spectacle oftentimes it's a quiet, deeply impactful, personal process. The work happens internally, and the results radiate outward,” she wrote in the caption of this Instagram post, tagging Beverly Hills, California, as her current location. She capped off the caption with a black heart emoji to show some love for her black bikini.

In another recent Instagram post, Lindsey gave fans a look at her eating an apple four years ago. She is wearing sweatpants and an orange crop top. Jump ahead four years, and Lindsey is showing off her fit physique in a gingham bikini, making sure to adjust the bikini bottoms around her toned abs.

“Same girl, new mindset,” she wrote in the caption. “There’s only a 4-year gap between when these photos were taken and much has changed. Lots have changed between that girl on the left and the right, but what’s changed the most is my approach to fitness and implementing it into my life.”

“I’m proud to say, especially living in LA, this body hasn’t had any surgery or filler, only many consistent hours in the gym,” she explained. “I’ve put in the work consistently over these past couple of years and grown a passion for my daily routine. There is no ‘easy way’ or shortcut to crafting the body of your dreams, but where there is a will there is a way. When you truly decide you want something, you’ll do anything to get it.”

“My personal story? The gym started out as a side hobby for me while I was studying for the MCAT. I soon discovered that it was something I was deeply passionate about,” she went on. “Not only did it help my mental, but seeing the physical gains became addicting in the best way. Now a few years later, my goal is to help as many women as I can achieve the body of THEIR dreams.”
