A physically disabled actress who voiced a character in Disney/ Pixar's "Coco" says she's being tormented by a disgruntled neighbor who's upset over a parking space.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, Selene Luna, who voiced Tía Rosita, says her neighbor has become volatile over a tandem space in their Hollywood apartment complex.

She says things have gotten so bad that the woman recently tried kicking in her front door in the middle of the night, then allegedly threatened the actress that "I'm coming for you, you better watch it."

Luna -- who is 3'10" -- explains that she is physically disabled and "half her size," and claims she is now in fear for her safety due to the threats.

The actress, who has also appeared on Margaret Cho's reality TV show and "My Bloody Valentine: 3D," got her temporary restraining order approved, keeping the neighbor at least 10 yds away from herself and her husband, Adam.

A hearing is scheduled for next month.
