'The Hills' Star Audrina Patridge Finds Buyer for $1.8 Million O.C. Home

"The Hills" star Audrina Patridge has found a buyer for her $1.8 million Orange County home, only weeks after the reality star put it on the market.
On May 28, Patridge listed her 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, 3,388 sq. ft. mansion that features top of the line amenities —a butler’s pantry, full guest suite, two walk-in-closets, spa-inspired bath with oversized shower and soaking tube, and a community playground, sports court, and pool.
The reality star purchased the home for $1,546,000 in 2016.
On July 10, the real estate listings show a pending sale for Patridge’s O.C. home at the asking price of $1.8 million, which would leave the reality start with a cool profit of $254,000 on the sale.
As The Blast first reported, the prenup between Patridge and Bohan dictated the house would go to Patridge in the divorce. Bohan has since vacated the home but not before nearly coming to blows with Patridge's father.
