The little one looked content in his doting mama's arms, prompting her to grin at the camera, possibly at her baby daddy, Chanan Colman. She then kissed the infant some more. The reel was set to JhenΓ© Aiko's "Calm & Patient," and in the caption, the English musician fondly recalled her first words to Sky at the time of his birth.
"I've waited my whole life for you. First thing I said when I saw you, with tears streaming down my face," she penned.
Jessie also admitted that she remained in awe of being a mom to Sky, whose existence has altered her whole world for the better. In her words, "I still can't believe you are mine, really only starting to really process that I am your Mummy β You have changed my whole π πππ€οΈ."

Jessie's genuine motherhood update may prompt fans to recall when she reflected on her fertility issues in an emotional post in June. At the time, she shared a photo montage featuring her 2018 hit song, "Four Letter Word," and capturing herself bonding with her son and her boyfriend.
The "Domino" songstress also got a solo moment with Sky in one of the scenes, where she posed shirtless on a bed with the youngster resting on her bosom. Taking to the caption, she penned a lengthy statement that partly read: "I wrote [Four Letter Words] years after being told I couldn't have children in 2014."
Jessie added that the following year, she was advised to get a hysterectomy, but she refused and instead changed her diet and "took a spiritual healing journey." She further noted that "hope" kept her moving forward, even when she suffered a miscarriage in 2021. Fortunately, she was blessed with her miracle baby in September 2022.
She discovered the pregnancy at the airport then, amid her trip to Rio, Brazil, which prompted her to state that she "fell pregnant in the Sky."
The 'Thunder' Songstress Felt Proud Of Her Son's Inherited Vocal Abilities In Instagram Clip
Earlier this month, Jessie proudly proved her son inherited her vocal abilities by uploading a charming clip of him trying to imitate her singing.
On her Instagram, the video featured her singing the gospel tune "Oh Happy Day" to Sky, leading him to attempt to sing along. He could only match her tune without words but still appeared overjoyed to be the center of his mom's attention.
"Happy humpday from me and my π₯," the 35-year-old announced in the caption, "I feel like the luckiest girl in the world every day βοΈπ ." Commenters quickly remarked on Sky's developing vocal abilities, with one predicting that he would "grow up to be an amazing singer, just like his mom."
