Anna Faris Unloads Hollywood Home from First Marriage Amid Chris Pratt Divorce

Anna Faris apparently likes to hold onto things for a while, because the star is finally getting around to selling her Hollywood Hills mansion she shared with her first husband over 10 years ago.

Faris is in the middle of finalizing the sale of her 3-bed, 2.5-bath mansion after first putting it on the market back in January. The home was originally listed for $2.5 million, but was later reduced to $2.1 million.

The "Mom" star bought the 1950s ranch-style home in 2005 for just under $2 million. She shared the house with her then-husband Ben Indra, until their divorce in 2008.

Highlighted features of the 2,500 sq ft home include a tropical themed pool, bocce ball court, and secluded patios attached to the three bedrooms. The master bath boasts a hotel spa-style bath with a steam shower.

It was also used as an extra home between her and now-estranged husband Chris Pratt. As we reported, Faris just handed over a ton of financial documents to the "Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom" star as they hammer out the final settlement in their divorce. It's unclear if the sale of the property is related to the settlement negotiations between the ex-couple.

So far, Faris has accepted an offer on the house and the sale is pending. However, that's what Lance Bassthought too. Fingers crossed there are no hiccups.
