Bristol Palin and Dakota Meyer have come to an agreement in their divorce and part of the deal calls for her to transfer over their Texas home to her ex-husband.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Bristol granted the deed to the Austin, Texas home she shared with Meyer during their marriage. The documents specifically note that Bristol was transferring the home as part of their divorce.

Dakota and Bristol dropped over $500,000 last year on the 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom, 4,670 sq. ft. home.

A day after she handed over the deed to Meyer, Bristol Palin then bought herself a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 2,269 sq. ft. brand-new pad (pictured below) nearby in Spicewood, Texas for over $400k.

Palin and Meyer announced their engagement in 2015 and would later have two kids together. They called off their original wedding but later got hitched in June 2016 after the birth of their daughter, Sailor Grace Palin.

In February 2018, Meyer filed for divorce and Palin confirmed the case was finalized earlier this month. Meyer allegedly moved out of the home after filing for the split.

Palin will be back in the public eye after it was announced she will be joining the cast of "Teen Mom OG" after Farrah Abrahamgot the boot.
