The "naked" illusion dress trend has taken the fashion scene by storm, blurring the lines between boldness and elegance.
Dunham, known for her fearless approach to self-expression, stepped onto the scene in a stunning "naked" illusion dress in a white tank dress with a trompe l'oeil design of a woman's body on it for the launch of the new fragrance brand e11even, per Page Six.
The "Girls" creator styled the nearly nude dress with a bead necklace and delicate gold chains, as well as chunky gold hoop earrings.
According to the news outlet, other celebrities like "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Marlo Hampton, Bella Thorne, and Kylie Jenner have all donned creative versions of their own for the trend.

Following the resounding success of "Barbie," the film's executive producer and Mattel executive Robbie Brenner spoke about several of the company's properties they hope to bring to life as a follow-up to the Greta Gerwig-directed movie, per Variety.
The properties Mattel hopes to bring to the big screen include American Girl, Magic 8 Ball, UNO, Wishbone, Thomas & Friends, and Masters of the Universe, among others, with Dunham's script for "Polly Pocket" teased to be the closest to fruition. According to the news outlet, Dunham is expected to direct a Polly Pocket movie from a script she also wrote, with Lily Collins set to star in the film, based on Mattel's group of miniature-sized dolls and accessories.
"First of all, they are two of my favorite ladies ever," Brenner said of Collins and Dunham before adding that Dunham's script for the movie is "great."
Although she did not reveal details on the plot twist, Variety described it as a family comedy.

Last April, Dunham shared a candid and deeply personal account of her journey towards sobriety. The "Girls" creator took to Instagram to open up about the challenges, struggles, and emotional pain she experienced during her path to recovery from substance abuse as she celebrated five years of sobriety.
"The last 5 years have been the happiest of my time on earth so far (at least this time around!)," she captioned several smiley selfies of herself. "They've been full of work, love, complexity, and- yes- pain. But facing all of that without medicating myself in unhealthy ways has given me a sturdy baseline and new tools."
"I will be matching donations to @friendlyhousela, a rehab that doesn't turn away women and gender nonconforming people for financial reasons," Dunham added. "I hope we can band together and give others the gift of that support, so they can celebrate similar days, living in their true strength."
