'OITNB' Star Brad Henke in the Clear After Ex-Girlfriend's Restraining Order Dropped

The temporary restraining order against "Orange Is The New Black" star Brad Henke has been tossed after his ex-girlfriend failed to show up to court.

According to court records, Henke and his ex, Simone Toliver, were supposed to appear in court on July 17 for a hearing to make the temporary order permanent. Neither side showed up, so the judge dismissed the case.

Henke, best known for playing prison guard Desi Piscatella on "OITNB," tells The Blast he didn't make an appearance because he was never served with papers so he didn't even know there was a court date.

He denies all the allegations and says he never touched Toliver, telling The Blast, "I treat everyone kindly. None of this ever happened."

Brad tells The Blast, "I’m very disappointed with all this, I never hurt her or threatened her and I hope that this is the end of the needless drama.

He adds, "I will happily never contact her again, I have not seen her in over a year and there has been no contact for months, adding, "I pray she does the same"

The actor warns "Anything else From her in court or the media I will consider harassment and defamation."

Henke recently appeared in the Will Smith movie "Bright," where he played Dorghu, the leader of the Fogteeth Orcs gang.
