Mark Wahlberg Gives Advice On the Rise & Grind While Promoting 'Mile 22'

You gotta get up early if you want to have any shot at keeping up with Mark Wahlberg, because training starts at 4:00 AM.
Wahlberg was in NYC promoting his new film, "Mile 22," and explained how he finds time to stay jacked on a busy schedule. He says it starts with a healthy eight hours of sleep, followed by a 4:00 AM gym session, prayer time, run at the golf course, recovery in a cryo or hyperbaric chamber and then it's time to start conducting business.
The "Transformers" star says the reason for getting up so early is because he's got too much going on the rest of the day, and he's not kidding, because his entire team is trying to cram Wahlberg into his next appointment as he's talking!
"Mile 22" is directed by Pete Berg and showcases Wahlberg as a CIA operative leading a lethal paramilitary team on a dangerous mission. It hits theaters this Friday.
