The entertainer aired her stalker troubles at the court on Monday, August 21. As seen in the legal documents obtained, the mother of two wants protection against a 29-year-old man named Ian Craig Lees.
According to the "None of Your Concern" hitmaker, she is taking legal action against the creepy fan following numerous attempts to contact her. Despite having no relation with this man, the media personality claims he adamantly tried to meet her.
Lees allegedly kept popping up at the Los Angeles native's concerts and events. However, the 35-year-old became fearful for her life and her loved ones' safety when the stalker invaded her home.
Earlier in August, the man allegedly butted heads with the residential security in Aiko's neighborhood. The physical altercation presumably occurred after the fan barged in through the gated community's security post and accessed the singer's Pacific Palisades home, TMZ reports.
The BET Award winner shares the residence with Sean, their son, and her daughter from a previous relationship. Given Lees' reluctance to leave the chart-topper alone, the Los Angeles beauty implored the court to stop him from coming within 100 yards of her and her family.
However, a judge reportedly refused to grant her request. Instead, the case would be addressed in a court hearing scheduled for September 14. News of the stalker came nearly a year after Aiko welcomed her first child with the "Dance (Ass)" hitmaker.
In November 2022, the Santa Monica sensation announced the birth of his son with pictures from the couple's stay at the hospital. The first slide in the carousel showed a heartwarming father and son moment with the newborn's tiny fingers wrapped around the entertainer's index finger.

There were also shots of the Hip-hop star sleeping in the waiting room and a rare image of the new dad cradling his son in his arms.
In the caption, the "Twenties" star revealed the little boy arrived under unique conditions. “After 24 hours of Labor, A Lunar Eclipse, with rain from the beginning of labor til he was born, he’s here safe and sound,” the media personality announced.
“Happy, Healthy, and everything we could ever ask for and more. Any and everything for you, Son. 💙Noah💙 11/8/22,” the proud father of one concluded his message. Aiko echoed similar sentiments in her Instagram post, sharing the name the couple had chosen for their son.
“After 24 hours of labor, a total lunar eclipse, and while it was pouring rain… he came, my baby Yoda, my Sani,” the NAACP Image Award winner penned.
