Joey Graziadei Admits He Experienced 'True Heartbreak' With Charity Lawson

On Monday night, Bachelor Nation watched as Charity Lawson struggled to choose between her two final men, Joey Graziadei and Dotun Olubeko, both of whom she admitted she was in love with.

Lawson eventually made the difficult choice to send Graziadei home right before he was about to propose, leaving Lawson, Graziadei, the live studio audience, and fans at home watching in tears.

Although Lawson struggled to send Graziadei home, she did end up getting engaged to Olubeko.

Following "The Bachelorette" live finale, Graziadei took to social media to open up about his journey and the "true heartbreak" he endured.

After "The Bachelorette" live finale aired, Joey Graziadei took to Instagram to admit he is still processing everything that occurred during these past few months.

"I can’t say enough how crazy all of this feels. I am still processing everything so please bear with me ?," he began.

"Even though you saw true heartbreak last night, I leave this experience with nothing but gratitude and love," he wrote before adding, "Charity and Dotun are unbelievable individuals that deserve a lifetime of happiness. From the bottom of my heart, I wish them nothing but the best."

Graziadei then went on to talk about how he is looking forward to this next chapter of his very own "Bachelor" journey.

"As for me, I cannot wait to see what unfolds over these next few months," he continued to write, referring to the franchise announcing him as the next "Bachelor" lead. "I have grown immensely with my time on the show and know that I’ll always have room for more growth. But I feel more ready than ever to find my person."

He continued, "I know this won't be easy, but I can promise you that I will give it my all and try to just enjoy the hell out of it. All I can do is be myself through and through and hope I'll be lucky enough to find love."

The tennis pro then concluded by thanking Bachelor Nation for their support and how he is looking forward to the next love story. "Thank you everyone for the tremendous amount of love and support I have received! Here’s to another love story ???."

Fans continued to show tremendous support for Graziadei as they flooded the comments section. The official "The Bachelorette" account commented, "It’s time for your story and we cannot wait to see it unfold ❤️?" while the official "The Bachelor" account wrote, "We’re ready for Joey’s love story ❤️".

"Bachelor" franchise host Jesse Palmer also commented, "Nobody deserves this more! So happy and excited for you, here’s to a new adventure! (And hopefully we can squeeze some ? in…)"
