Like Mother, Like Daughter: Brielle Biermann Sued For Over $12k Credit Balance

Brielle Biermann picked up some nasty habits from her mama Kim Zolciak-Biermann. She too likes to duck and dodge the bill collectors.

The Don’t Be Tardy alum reportedly owes American Express a shocking amount. They are currently in litigation with the former reality star over the unpaid amount on her Delta SkyMiles Reserve American Express Card.

A statement shows that she owes $12,870.25 and the minimum payment was $1,381.88 which, according to Radar Online, who obtained the legal documents was owed on June 27. The company slapped her with the $40 late fee if she didn’t cover at least the minimum payment by the due date.

Well, it looks like she didn’t pay up and AmEx isn’t wasting any time collecting their coins. They want Brielle to pay up and they aren’t playing any games.

The company isn’t taking her to court for the balance, they want the full amount paid by the 26-year-old as soon as possible. As we mentioned earlier, her mom, Kim is also being sued for a credit card balance on a Target card.

And her father Kroy Biermann owes a casino in the Bahamas, on a credit line that he never paid back during what was surely a fun trip. Brielle’s reps shared that she will be paying the bill in full, and we have to assume that she has the money to do so.

Brielle and her mom have been selling everything from clothing items to wigs, to bags online for prices higher than this debt.

One sale from let’s see… that limited edition Louis Vuitton bag designed by the late Virgil Abloh was on sale for around that amount on the family’s website, Biermann’s Closet. She also had a few Chanel purses for sale including one that was $5,500, a little less than half of her debt there.

A quick peek of Biermann’s Closet website shows that most of the bags that Brielle was selling are GONE! So yes, it seems that she would easily be able to pay the amount, which comes off like chump change to someone her situation.

Brielle also had clothing items like Prada boots going for $700 and Louis Vuitton shoes worn a handful of times for $500. Again, those items are no longer on the site, and those two items would cover the minimum payment alone.

The family really has a bad relationship with money. Many people have followed along as Kim and Kroy fought like crazy in their short couple of months of divorce proceedings, only to rekindle their relationship and work on their debt together.

It appeared that much of the couple’s debt was wrapped up in gambling and taxes. Fortunately for Kim, with that Target credit card debt, they agreed to work with her and allowed her to pay $1,132.46 per month until January 2038, when it will be paid in full.

Hopefully, Brielle, Kim, and Kroy can clean up this money mess and start fresh living, within their means of course.
