Dakota & Elle Fanning's Parents Freshly Single After Divorce Finalized

The Fanning sister's parents are back on the market after a judge officially declared them single.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, Steven and Heather Fanning were restored to their single status on August 24.

There aren't many details for the final judgement between the two because they hashed out an private "marital settlement agreement" that both parties are obligated to honor.

According to the court documents, they have both waived the right to collect spousal support, but its unclear if anything was paid or transferred by either side as part of their private negotiations.

The only guarantee is that both Steven and Heather are off the hook for child support, as both Dakota Fanning and Elle Fanning are over 18-years-old.

Steven had actually filed for divorce twice against Heather. He filed once in 2016, but they reconciled one-month later and dismissed the case before he filed again in January.

Dakota and Elle have been just as busy as their parents -- Elle is currently filming "Maleficent 2" and Dakota is playing Manson disciple Squeaky Fromme in Quentin Tarantino's "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood."
