Wilmer Valderrama Out With Hot Demi Look-Alike

Wilmer Valderrama hit the town with a gorgeous model who looks eerily similar to his ex, Demi Lovato, who's recovering in rehab following an overdose just over a month ago.
The model's name is Monica Alvarez and she's a Spanish/Sicilian smokeshow who's Instagram fans include G-Eazy, Chris Brown and Fabolous.
The "NCIS" star kept it casual wearing denim jeans and jacket, while Alvarez mirrored the same look.
Although the two left in separate cars and she denied it was a date when asked by photogs ... we're not so sure.

As The Blast reported, Wilmer was Demi's rock and rushed to her side during her July hospital stint following her overdose.
The two dated for six years before calling it quits in 2016.
