Shanna Moakler is opening up about her recent nipple reconstruction surgery and she is more than thrilled with the results.

Rather than shying away from discussing the personal touch-ups many undergo privately, the actress is candidly thanking her doctor for the satisfying outcome. After years of insecurity due to their inverted nature, the model feels a lot more confident and happy with the procedure.

The excited mother-of-three took to her Instagram story to share a screenshot from her doctor's page. Originally posted by the handle "@yespublicrelations," it consisted of snapshots from the reality TV star's interview with Page Six.

The topic for that article was how her sex life suffered after becoming a mother. In the following slide, she reposted another screenshot featuring a full picture of the medical practitioner, including a quote from the former pageant queen. In a text above the image, she penned, "I have the best doctor in @dr.perezplasticsurgery. Thank you so much!!!"

In case you missed it, the TV personality previously opened up about getting her nipples fixed while refuting claims about having implants. On her Instagram story, decked out in a sleek black tank top, the blonde beauty spilled the beans that she dealt with an "inverted one" on her left side.

With a no-nonsense approach, she pointed out, "It happens for a different bunch of reasons. It can be hereditary, it can be from pregnancy, from breastfeeding." The former Miss New York USA mentioned that even though she did not breastfeed, weakened muscles could result in inversion.

Admitting her dissatisfaction, the producer confessed she had been biding her time for 19 long years to address the issue finally. She candidly admitted with a mix of excitement and jitters, "I'm a little nervous, but I know I'm in really good hands. And it's going to be something that makes me feel more confident. I'm so excited!"

In a follow-up video, the 48-year-old quickly clarified, asserting, "A lot of people think that I have breast implants. I do not have breast implants, and so this is not from that at all." The "Due South" star also assured her followers that she would share videos of the journey and wrapped up by asking for their good wishes.

While bodies may vary, there is no way having three children would not affect one's body. The Blast reported that Moakler shed light on her body's response to pregnancy following the birth of her son, Landon Barker, — an inverted nipple.

In an exclusive with Page Six, the "Pacific Blue" actress stated, "I noticed after I had my second pregnancy. Everything was different before I had [son] Landon [in 2003] — that kind of changed things." She continued:

"That's kind of poignant because I don't think a lot of women know or realize there are a lot of options that they can do for it. But for me, it's something I always wanted to do, it's not something you're really dealing with from day to day."

After completing her family, the "Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman" star had a clear plan in mind. She referred to the procedure as a "band-aid" solution, acknowledging its impact on her self-esteem.

She candidly confessed, "It definitely affected my self-esteem, and [is] definitely something that I was insecure about — especially when you're intimate with your boyfriend."

Despite being a blonde bombshell, she was not feeling her best in that aspect. While admitting that thoughts of the procedure filled her with fear, she stated, "I was always insecure about it, and wanted to do something because it's in your face all the time."

The "Search Party" contestant took her time choosing the right team to assist her and ultimately decided to "put her trust" in Dr. Justin Perez. Showering praise on the experienced plastic surgeon for his work, she noted that after waiting nearly two decades, the procedure was wrapped up in just 30 minutes.
