She also talked about picking out her wedding dress. “I was nervous about having a ball gown because I’m so petite—but it works perfect,” she admitted. “The leg slit was very crucial. The four-time Olympic gold medalist returned to gymnastics after taking a mental health break during the Tokyo Olympics in 2021. When asked how she is managing her mental health, Biles admitted, "Lots of therapy, I go once a week for almost 2 hours. "I've had so much trauma, so being able to work on some of the traumas & work on healing is a blessing."

She returned to the sport earlier this month, giving the sold-out August 5 crowd an amazing performance. In the all-around event, Biles posted a score of 59.100, which put her in the lead against her competitors.

"I think the night went really well," Biles said following the event. "Everything has fallen into place. I feel really good about where I am right now, mentally and physically. There are some things to work on in my routines, but for the first meet back, I would say it went pretty well. I'm very shocked and surprised."
