Vince Vaughn is now facing criminal charges stemming from his DUI arrest earlier this year.
Vaughn was hit with three charges this week: driving under the influence, driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 or higher, and disobeying a peace officer.
He is scheduled to be arraigned on Monday.
As The Blast previously reported, Vaughn was busted by Manhattan Beach PD at 1:09 AM on June 10 and booked into custody at 4:03 AM.
His bail was set at $5,000 and he was released a short time later.
According to the Manhattan Beach PD, Vaughn was stopped at a DUI checkpoint where he was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.
Vince Vaughn is best known for his role in “Swingers,” alongside Jon Favreau. He most recently appeared in the film, “Brawl in Cell Block 99.”
