Jenna Jameson Attributes Weight Loss To 'Just Minding My Health' In New Update

Jenna Jameson is looking better than ever since discovering her rare medical condition.

The former adult film star gave a peek into her weight loss journey, and guess what? It's refreshingly uncomplicated. She shared a quick update on how she has been dropping those pounds, and it turns out it is all about keeping her health in check. 

Addressing rumors about her toned physique, the model took to Instagram in a purple halter-neck bikini top and pink pants on Monday to set the record straight. Her candid message to her fans revealed that her journey towards better health has been as straightforward as "just minding my health."

The 49-year-old continued, "I am back, Keto. It makes me feel the best. And I'm fasting intermittently, so the weight's falling off." Notably, alongside her improved diet, Jameson was eager to announce, "I'm also off all medication. So we love that." 

The post, which was captioned "Update," garnered attention from fans who encouraged the star, like this supporter who penned, "You love that, and I love you!! Keep on shining, @jennailluminated."

This person noted that she looks "incredible queen, keep shining ✨," while another excitedly wrote, "So incredibly perfectly Beautiful and Extremely Sexy AF! ❤️???." Some called her "gorgeous," "relaxed," and "happy," while others praised the TV personality for stopping her medication, like this fan who stated, "You look Off all meds, that's huge! Gratz! The "How to Make Love Like a Porn Star: A Cautionary Tale" author has come a long way health-wise, especially after being diagnosed with a neurological disorder last year. As per The Blast, the "Jenna's American Sex Star" host shared that after undergoing tests, she was diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS), an autoimmune disorder.

Taking to Instagram, her partner at the time Lior Bitton, shared a video on Jameson's, explaining her sudden medical situation. In the heartfelt video, he disclosed that the "I Dream of Jenna" star had been experiencing vomiting for several weeks. She was given the all-clear to go home after a hospital visit and a CT scan.

Regrettably, upon her return, she found herself unable to move because the muscles in her legs had weakened to a great extent. Bitton stated, "She was falling on the way back or to the bathroom. I would have to pick her up and carry her to bed. And then within two days… Her legs started not to hold her—she couldn't walk."

The Israeli businessman then shared in the caption that he revealed the news on the third day of her hospitalization. He also noted that the medical team conducted a battery of tests, including "CT, MRI, and Spinal Tap," and they were awaiting further information.

Later, the mother-of-three updated the caption to confirm that she had been diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) and expressed gratitude for the overwhelming support from her fans. 

The "Wild On!" guest host has been a topic of discussion even as far back as 2020. It predominantly grabbed attention due to her ongoing struggles with weight at the time. 

This is presumably because, after welcoming her third child in 2017, she shed more than 80 pounds only to confess to a 30-pound weight gain by January 2020. The blonde beauty's fluctuating weight did not stop her from leaving little to the imagination in an Instagram post for her 46th birthday. 

Commemorating the occasion, the "Without Me" video vixen flaunted her skimpy bikini ensemble from her Hawaii abode. The snapshot captured the fuss-free and relaxed side of the "Family Guy" guest star. 

Basking in the sunlight, she cocked her head as she snapped the photo indoors. Dressed in a revealing white bikini top featuring spaghetti straps and a plunging neckline, the "Mister Sterling" guest actress confidently showcased her renowned assets and upper body tattoos. 

With light makeup accentuating her features, Jameson wore her tousled blonde hair down for the shot. "Thank you for the beautiful birthday wishes! I love you guys so much," the Las Vegas-born star wrote in the caption.
