Miley Cyrus Dons Latex Cone Bra In Flirty Promo For Her New Single

Singer and actress Miley Cyrus is generating anticipation for her upcoming track "Used To Be Young" with striking Los Angeles posters. 

The monochrome visuals feature her in a black latex ensemble from Margiela's Fall 2023 collection, reminiscent of her 2013 VMA outfit.

In an interview, Cyrus explained that the new song's inspiration arose from her sober lifestyle and desire for authenticity. She also introduced the Bangerz 10th-anniversary vinyl.

Miley Cyrus is generating buzz and excitement for her new music through striking posters scattered across Los Angeles, promoting her upcoming track "Used To Be Young."

In the monochrome visuals, the "Wrecking Ball" hitmaker donned a black latex bustier and matching high-waisted boy shorts from Margiela's Fall 2023 RTW collection, reminiscent of her iconic 2013 VMA performance attire.

This ensemble echoes her memorable controversial appearance, where she sported nude latex undergarments during a performance with Robin Thicke. 

The posters feature lyrics from both past and potentially future songs, including lines like "I SAY I USED TO BE YOUNG," "I CAN BUY MYSELF FLOWERS," "I CAME IN LIKE A WRECKING BALL," and "I CAN ALMOST SEE IT THAT DREAM I'M DREAMING."

Despite the dazzling posters, Cyrus has refrained from promoting her new single on her Instagram page, where she has been relatively quiet since canceling her tour in May.

The pop icon took to her Instagram to announce the cancellation of her "Endless Summer Vacation" tour due to her preference for comfort at home. In the lengthy post, she clarified that her decision not to tour for her album is not a lack of appreciation for her fans.

Cyrus emphasized her strong relationship with her fanbase and her continuous efforts to innovate ways to stay connected without compromising her own well-being. 

"When I win, WE win," she wrote. "Even if I don't see them face to face every night at a concert, my fans are felt deeply in my heart. I'm constantly creating and innovating new ways that I can stay connected to the audience I love – without sacrificing my own essentials."

Cyrus then noted why she wasn't interested in going through with the "Endless Summer Vacation" tour.

She said, "I simply don't want to get ready in a locker room. Which is the reality of life on the road. These looks I've been turnin don't travel well. The archival looks don't fold. I just don't want to sleep on a moving bus. It isn't what's best for me right NOW, & if you've been following my career you know that I always change and the way I feel about that could too."

While touring might not be on the horizon, Cyrus didn't rule it out for the future. She concluded her post by saying, "Love you forever, I'm just on my Endless Summer Vacation."

Supportive comments poured in from fans in response to Cyrus' statement about her tour being canceled.

"Normalize artists setting boundaries. They are human beings, not zoo animals," one person wrote.

Another supporter pointed out, "People are taking the sleeping on a bus and changing in a locker room statement WAY too literally... it's not about that or the "privilege" it's about mental health and well-being."

Cyrus first hinted at her upcoming track, "Used To Be Young," during a May 2023 interview with British Vogue. She revealed that the inspiration behind the song emerged when she was offered a track that didn't resonate with her experiences.

Cyrus recalled, "It was like, you know, the standard f*cked up in the club track. And I was like, 'I'm two years sober. That's not where I spend my time, you know. You're more likely to catch me and my friends walking through rose gardens or going to a museum."

She went on to recite new lyrics, "I know I used to be crazy / I know I used to be fun / You say I used to be wild / I say I used to be young."
