The "All of the Lights" rapper's wife received a legal letter from the aggrieved executive team of Ye's 2020 Committee. The Brit Award winner's former electoral body requested Censori's assistance, instructing her to secure all evidence of the failed campaign.

"We are directing you to preserve all evidence in your possession, custody, or control related, directly or indirectly, to any services you provided to the Committee or any compensation received from the Committee," the alleged note obtained by Radar Online read.

"We are investigating billings for services or expenses not provided by or incurred to advance the purpose of the Committee, vast overbilling, or services provided by non-U.S. citizens lacking a green card," the legal letter explained.

The Brit Award winner's former committee treasurer, attorney Devin White, and Bruce Fein were behind the fraud allegations. They brought their grievances to light, hoping to stop the entertainer's campaign manager Milo Yiannopoulos.

According to the plaintiffs, the political commentator's participation in the campaign might be against the law as he was a foreign national. Adhering to the Federal Election Campaign Act, his participation was strictly prohibited.

Additionally, the England native was accused of allegedly providing "improper receipts for $13.5 million in campaign expenditures." So what does this have to do with Censori? White revealed the committee targeted the media personality because of her husband's lawyer, Bruce Marks.

According to the former committee treasurer, the "Praise God" singer's wife had not been on their radar until the Atlanta native's attorney warned them not to approach her. White explained: "Bruce Marks sent us an email saying we were no longer allowed to communicate with Kanye and Bianca because he was representing both of them relative to the campaign."

"So, we knew Ye was involved in the campaign — he was the candidate – we had no reason to believe Bianca had anything to do with the 2020 campaign. His email alerted us that maybe there was something there," the plaintiff argued.

White stated he and his team were searching the campaign expenditures to see if Censori's name popped up on any receipts. Meanwhile, Marks described the legal letter to his client as "harassment."

The legal representative claimed there was no justification to believe the new Mrs. West had anything to do with her husband's 2020 campaign. "The letter to Bianca was harassment designed to intimidate her into thinking that something might have been wrong," the attorney claimed.

The GOOD Music Founder's 2024 Presidential Campaign Might Be Another Failed Attempt

Before Censori got dragged into her husband's fraud scandal, the media personality's presidential run hit an unexpected roadblock. One of the entertainer's former employees, Patrick Krason, announced his resignation from the rapper's campaign in a tell-all letter to the Federal Election Commission.

The former financial officer accused Yiannopoulos of breaking federal campaign finance laws. Krason claimed the 38-year-old had "submitted falsified invoices and for expenditures that would be deemed unlawful" in 2022. However, the England native refuted these allegations.

While the story of fraudulent activities in West's 2020 campaign remains uncertain, the 24-time Grammy winner's new campaign appeared different. Despite his interest in the 2024 presidential campaign, the father of four improperly began his crusade.

The chart-topper ran an informal campaign as he did not officially declare his presidential candidacy by filing with the FEC. Additionally, the Atlanta native failed to convince anyone to support his cause, as he reportedly garnered zero donations to his political movement.
