"Cruel Summer," the second track on the album, has been a fan favorite since the album was released, and is now seemingly getting its due!
Swifties are doing what it takes to make sure the song claims the ultimate spot on the Billboard Hot 100 Charts. "Cruel Summer" currently occupies the fourth spot on the chart, climbing up two spots from last week!

Fan account Taylor Swift Facts shared a graphic on Saturday morning, featuring ideas for Swifties to make sure "Lover''s second track takes the cake.
"How to help reach #1 as a fan," the graphic begins, "Buy the song, stream the song, request the song on RADIO," the section concludes.
The graphic also features ideas for Swift's management team to make sure it happens!
"Discount the song, release a music video, release remixes and versions of the song, [and] continue to push and request the song on radio," the account suggests.
Fans fervently shared their excitement over the possibility of "Cruel Summer" occupying the number one spot! Morgan Wallen's "Last Night" currently holds the number one slot.

The "You Need To Calm Down" singer took a second to acknowledge the unprecedented jump in streams during a Pittsburgh tour stop.
