YouTube makeup star Christen Dominique has been hit with a $3 million dollar lawsuit accusing her of abandoning a deal for a line of fashion and cosmetics.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Ready Go Licensing sued Christen Dominique, Inc. for breach of contract.

The company explains they work with social media personalities to develop and sell merchandise that is based on the brands of those influencers. Ready Go entered into a deal in 2016 with Dominique to sell makeup and fashion under the "Christen Dominique" brand.

According to Ready Go, the licensing agreement called for them to manage and operate the merchandising business and invest hundreds of thousands of dollars into marketing and promoting the brand. They handled all the manufacturers' agreements, negotiated agreements with cosmetic companies and handled developing the website.

In July, they claim Dominique sent them a letter terminating their agreement accusing them of two breaches. One of them involved an employee of one vendor mentioning their company was working on the brand and another was about Ready Go allegedly providing information to a third party.

Ready Go claims neither of the alleged breaches constituted a violation of their deal and did not allow Dominique to terminate their agreement. They claim she owes them $71,748.86 from the licensing agreement and caused a vendor to withhold $150k owed to them.

They are demanding the court order they did not violate the deal and claim they are owed damages in excess of $3 million.

The Blast reached out to Christen Dominique for comment — so far, no word back.
