Olivia Wilde Shows Off Jaw-Dropping Abs While Giving Fans Glimpse Of Her Diet

It is abs out season for Olivia Wilde! Ardent fans of the “Don’t Worry Darling” movie director know she is not one to hide her abs from public view.

Whether it’s flaunting the chiseled midsection in a bikini or gym wear, Wilde wouldn’t miss the opportunity. Recently, Wilde, who broke up with British singer Harry Styles put her toned midriff on display while sharing how she achieves her toned abs. 

The “Booksmart” movie director showed her diet, and she did it hotly. The shot, which the actress posted on her Instagram stories, revealed her holding onto a bowl of chopped fruit while dressed in a black bikini top alongside black sweatpants and a gold necklace. 

As expected, the outfit exposed her sculpted midsection. While Wilde’s tummy was eye-catching, her bowl of salad was nonetheless, too. The ceramic bowl contained chunks of fruits like figs, pears, and peaches. Wilde joked about the photo alongside the image, writing, “The way I show off my fruit salad like it was hard to assemble.”

The post undeniably proves that her healthy lifestyle contributes to the “Lazarus Effect” actress having perfect abs. In 2019, she admitted to CNBC that her wellness routine included eating clean.

“I try to,” Wilde confessed.”But it’s all about balance. I think anyone who’s ever had even a small period of their life where they clean up their act — first begin to eat healthy food, exercise, and use natural products always say ... I feel my best. But sometimes, it’s hard to sustain that lifestyle. You know it’s tricky for anybody to stay clean.”

Asides from eating healthy, the Broadway star also credited her fitness to regular exercise. Although Wilde doesn’t have a controlled workout routine, she relies on walking. The mom of two further shared how consistent her walking exercises are, highlighting that being a resident of New York aids it. 

She said, “We already walk more than people in many other cities. But when you can walk or take a car, walk if it’s an option. I’ll take the stairs.” The filmmaker continued by sharing some fitness advice. “There’s often a way to [be active] rather than sitting at home and taking a call and doing a phone meeting, walk around. You could often incorporate activity into your life.”

While Wilde shares glimpses of her abs and diet, she has seemingly left a permanent mark on her ex-boyfriend Styles. Last week, the “Watermelon Sugar” hitmaker was spotted with a tattoo dedicated to Wilde. 

The 29-year-old singer was photographed on a boat in Bolsena, Italy, vacationing with his friends. Styles donned green swim shorts paired with a green-and-white plaid shirt. He added Barbie pink sunhat to his look and accessorized with oversized shades.

Things became interesting when eagle-eyed fans spotted a tattoo on his thigh. The tat appears to spell out “Olivia” in Italic font, prompting many to think this could be a dedication to his ex.

Additionally, the “As it Was” singer had the word “colazione,” which is Italian for breakfast, imprinted under the “Olivia” tat. Several fans couldn’t help but speculate if Styles had the tattoo when he and Wilde were still dating or if it was linked to the One Direction song “Olivia” from the album “Made in the A.M.”

One fan shared their opinion of the tattoo, writing, “All jokes aside, if the tattoo does say Olivia, then it just proves that Harry Styles is human. He’s done something crazy over a girl he was in love with at one point as probably some big romanticized [sic] gesture.”

Another fan added, “That or the fact he wrote a love song called Olivia. Either way, we should laugh about it instead of being crazy over.” 

A third shocked fan remarked, “I will live in blissful ignorance of what that tattoo says until I see some Ultra HD 4K resolution photos to prove me wrong because I know my man wasn’t dumb enough to get a name tattoo.” “Is Olivia a person?” an amused fan questioned. “Is Olivia a place? Is Olivia an emotion? We don’t know.”
