Meghan Markle Had A Lonely 42nd Birthday

Meghan Markle made her birthday a girl’s day! Instead of keeping her husband close, she ditched him for a Barbie night out.

Markle has had a rough couple of years so hopefully, this birthday marks the start of a good couple of years ahead. She, Portia De Rossi, and a few other girlfriends gathered to watch the super pink movie starring Margot Robbie.

Prince Harry stayed home at their $14 million Montecito, Calif., estate with the two kids Archie and Lilibet. After the movie, Markle and the girls went over to San Ysidro Ranch Hotel in Santa Barbara.

A source for PageSix shared that the Duchess posed for photos and made videos with a bachelorette group that was celebrating at the hotel. A person enjoying their night out at the same hotel said, “Meghan went over to wish the bride good luck.”

The father of two got to celebrate his wife on Wednesday. They were seen grabbing a bite to eat for dinner at Tre Lune in Montecito. The Suits alum was seen wearing a black and white strapless dress.

PageSix claims it costs $240! Harry had on a pale blue button-up and white pants. But on her actual birthday, today August 4, the plan is for Harry to stay home with Archie, 4, and Lilibet, 2. Apparently, Harry was scheduled to be out of town.

But, he is “purposely staying behind to be with Meghan,” because he is going to appear at the ISPS Sports Values Summit-Special Edition in Tokyo next Wednesday.

The Prince is likely sticking around because his upcoming schedule is hectic. After Japan he will head to Singapore with Argentinian actor Nacho Figueras, they’ll be playing in the 2023 Sentebale ISPS Handa Polo Cup at the Singapore Polo Club on Saturday.

Then he will be at the Invictus Games in Düsseldorf, Germany, in September. Meg is said to be meeting up with her husband there. Then September 8 is the first anniversary of the Queen’s passing and Harry will be celebrating.

But word on the street is Markle and Harry will not be stopping in at Balmoral in Scotland to join King Charles and the rest of the royal family celebrating together.

The mini tour is the first time that the former actress has been back on the circuit with her husband since May when she and Harry had a run-in with the paparazzi in New York City. She has recently signed up with the WME agency and has a new IG handle.

Soon, the @meghan Instagram page will have all the Meghan Markle news you need, and some are speculating that this is the first step in her getting her acting career off the ground. The kids are going to be school-age soon, she is not the princess or living the princess life that she thought she was going to live.

Acting was her thing before marrying royalty and it looks like age 42 will be the year she steps back into it.
