The rapper is no stranger to the party scene, but after becoming a father, he has decided to slow down and focus on his family. The multi-talented artist, known for his chart-topping hits and energetic stage presence, shares his thoughts on how fatherhood has impacted his music, priorities, and overall outlook on life.

Malone candidly shared how becoming a parent has shifted his perspective, leading him to leave his partying lifestyle behind. Speaking on the effect the birth of his daughter had, he told the Apple Music host:

"Having a baby really put a lot into perspective and it's really slowed me down a lot um like party wise you know going out and being crazy and but it's like the most beautiful thing."

The songwriter continued, saying, "You mentioned you know all the accoutrement of success and everything that comes with that. I just want to kind of take a second and enjoy it. I just want to take a minute and be like you know what is that, it was amazing."

The "Stoney" artist openly discussed his relationship with alcohol, admitting that it has been a weakness for him. He explained, "I have a very hard time expressing myself via recording if I'm not a little f**ked up, it's tough." 

However, the "Rockstar" singer reassured fans that he is currently in a good place with it: "It's a good spot now because if I'm not recording or I'm not talking to people or if I'm not doing shows, I really do drink just to have fun. It's like having a beer with my dad or my bud."

The "Twelve Carat Toothache" artist has definitely come a long way since last year when he opened up about how he initially resisted change despite his friends' efforts. However, Malone revealed that with the support of his fiancée, whom he did not publicly name, the musician found the strength to leave behind a dark period in his life. 

Sharing his journey of overcoming addiction, the Grammy Awards nominee expressed immense gratitude to her, noting, "I met a really beautiful person that made me feel like a human being again. It's the guidance out of the dark into the light… She saved my f–king life— it's pretty epic."

Reflecting on his past, the "FishCenter Live" musical guest acknowledged that he realized the importance of listening to others rather than being trapped in his world of addiction.

Malone expressed his unwavering love for his baby girl in a heartfelt gesture by getting her initials tattooed on his forehead. After announcing, the arrival of the newborn with his undisclosed girlfriend, the "SNL" musical guest has been embracing fatherhood and showcasing his affection for the little one. 

The "Wrath of Man" star's tattoo artist Chad Rowe, shared a picture on Instagram, proudly displaying the remarkable tattoo he created on the rapper's forehead, showcasing his artistic talent and skill.

The photo showed Malone lying on a chair, wearing a light blue t-shirt, with his head tilted back and eyes closed. Rowe had just completed the new tattoo on the "One Right Now" singer's forehead, which read "DDP." The fresh art is believed to be Malone's daughter's initials, whom he has kept private since her arrival. In the caption, he wrote:

"I'm so blessed to not just have a once in a lifetime opportunity, but to have a lifetime of opportunities. And to share it with my favorite people. To all of the posty crew and family, and to all the people who truly make dreams come true, from my entire heart. Thank you, I love you all. #redemption #postmalone." 

According to reports, this heartfelt gesture by the "Sunflower" singer was most probably done backstage after his Indianapolis show with Rowe by his side during the event.
