The autism advocate turned heads with her stunning physique when she took to her mat to show off her impressive yoga moves over the weekend. She looked in her element as she stretched her body out in a clip posted to social media, ultimately encouraging fans to rush to support her in the comment section.

McGuinness was the epitome of class and regality as she paired tight pink leggings with a black crop top for an intense yoga session. In a video uploaded to Instagram, the television personality showed off her moves and promoted the SenSkin range from her luxury clothing brand, H-E-R.

The mom-of-three pulled off a variety of poses as she bent, placed her head between her legs, twisted her hands behind her back, and stretched this way and that on her mat. Despite embracing the Barbie trend with her pink yoga mat and leggings and setting the video to Alexandre Pachabezian's piano arrangement of "Barbie Girl," the 35-year-old claimed in her caption, "Not your Barbie girl."

Promptly, the comment section began to fill up with praise for the "Amazing Me, Amazing You" author, with one person exclaiming, "You always look amazing when doing your flow !!! You make it look so easy !!" 

"I'd love to be able to do even some of that. Unfortunately, it would result in injury, so I'll watch you instead," a second person joked. A third cybercitizen claimed, "You make that look easy, and it's not! Your focus is amazing," and a fourth declared, "Better than Barbie ???❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ gorgeous xx."

A fifth supporter complimented, FABULOUS, I love everything about you, and everything you stand for, fantastic lady," as a sixth added, "I watched you do that so effortlessly and thought I would give it a go. I'm worn out now and and feel like I've run a marathon,, so I'm treating myself to a nice cuppa and a packet of chocolate hobnobs."

This will not be the first time McGuinness will thrill her fans with her yoga expertise. She previously took to Instagram to share different Ashtanga yoga poses in leggings and sports bra combo, demonstrating backends and shoulder stands without sweating.

At the time, The Blast observed that one fan commented, "You are a beautiful woman who is on a journey, your path, and with your determination, you will be ok." Last week, McGuinness inspired more than a handful of people to get into the gym after dropping a clip of her working out. She showcased her taut midriff in multicolored leggings featuring pink, teal, and gray shades and a black sports bra.

She set the clip, an advert for her autism spectrum disorder (ASD) friendly brand, to Nicki Minaj and Ice Spice's hit collabo for the live-action "Barbie" film. As for her moves, the Liverpool-born superstar proved that she knew her way around the gym by alternating between some machines. Beneath the footage, she wrote:

"Gym Barbie got some newness from H-E-R @weare___her. Your favourite sell outs are back in stock ? #AD."

"You push and pull that prowler like it's nothing!! I hate it and can't do no way near that weight!!" one fan yelled in the comments. Another hyped, "Absolutely gorgeous ????," and a third stated, "High knee drive on the sled. Creates more muscle mass and power. Good work," and a third gushed."

A fourth netizen praised her for "looking amazing," and a fifth declared, "Workouts give you time to work on yourself mentally and physically." Meanwhile, one worried fan wanted to know if she spent her Sunday lifting weights instead of relaxing.

Responding to the query, McGuiness expressed that she wished her Sunday "was this chilled" before explaining that she had spent her day "bowling than in a play center with my little trio & smashed 40 mins in the gym once they were sleeping."
