Jennifer Lopez Was Locked Out Of Her Gym
Lopez recently experienced a delay outside a Tracy Anderson gym where she had planned to have a workout session. The multi-talented entertainer arrived at the establishment in a black SUV and was seen knocking on the gym's door after facing difficulty gaining entrance.
The 53-year-old donned an eye-catching bright green and yellow snakeskin print leggings for her gym session paired with a yellow crop top. The outfit showcased her toned belly and alluring curves, a testament to her dedication to staying fit over the years.
To complement her look, the "Shotgun Wedding" actress wore oversized aviator sunglasses and stylish gym sneakers that added to her height. She also carried a gold bedazzled bottle with a straw and her phone.
While waiting for access, the actress decided to lean against the reflective walls, crossing her arms in frustration. Eventually, she was granted entry into the fitness studio, but she was seen later leaving in a foul mood after her session and reportedly said a "f**k you" to the paparazzi swarming her.
Jennifer Lopez Is Dedicated To Fitness
Over the years, Lopez has become renowned not only for her talent but also for her dedication to keeping fit. She recently reiterated her dedication to fitness while promoting BodyArmor for their recent campaign, "Choose More."
"It's no secret that fitness is a very important part of my life," said Lopez, who is married to Oscar winner Ben Affleck, per Us Weekly.
The mother-of-two also noted that exercise comes with several benefits that help with mental health.
She added, "I think there's a positive correlation between exercise and mental health. When you find a good balance through determination and focus, we're naturally pushing to be the best version of ourselves."
When it comes to working out, the actress doesn't have a rigid routine and is always looking to shake things up. "I'm always evolving and looking for things that keep me excited and motivated," she continued.
'She's Got Great Energy'
If anyone is in doubt of Lopez's dedication to fitness, her trainer, Tracy Anderson, had previously opened up about working with the actress.
"Working out with her, it's kind of remarkable because she is so hardworking and she has such a good attitude," Anderson told Us Weekly in January 2020. "She's got great energy. She's positive and giving. She's just an awesome woman."
Anderson also noted that the "Maid in Manhattan" star was a stickler for time and was consistent in putting in the work at the gym.
"She shows up no matter what, she takes the time seriously, she knows her body, she wants to be herself," the renowned trainer said of her client. "She knows that putting in the hard work to get her workout in is part of it."
Jennifer Lopez's New Album Debuts In The Summer
In the meantime, Lopez is gearing up to release a new album in the summer of this year. Entitled "This Is Me... Now," the album is a sequel to the vocalist's 2002 hit project, "This Is Me... Then."
It consists of 13 tracks, one fewer than its predecessor, and "chronicles the emotional, spiritual, and psychological journey that she has taken over the past two decades."
Last year, the "Jenny From the Block" crooner spoke with Vogue about the album, explaining what her fans should expect when it debuts.
"[It's] kind of a culmination of who I am as a person and an artist," the "All I Have" singer told the publication for their December cover story.
She added, "There's a part of me that was hiding a side of myself from everyone. And I feel like I'm at a place in my life, finally, where I have something to say about it."
