Jessica Simpson Proves She Is A GirlBoss As She Takes Road Trip In U-haul & Heels

Jessica Simpson continues to define fashion on her terms!

The triple-threat entertainer is a well-established name in the music and film industry, but she is also a fashionista with exemplary clothing taste as evident in her successful eponymous fashion brand. 

As seen on her social media, the multitalented superstar constantly inspires fans with numerous outfit inspirations, just like she did recently amid her road trip in a U-haul, indicating her style can handle anything.

Simpson seems to be an "over-packer" based on one of her latest Instagram posts which she captioned, "Everyone says I always overpack… #roadtrippin'." 

In the three uploaded slides, the "Irresistible" songstress was photographed sitting in a U-haul rocking an oversized yellow shirt, huge sunglasses, and sky-high Dany T-strap platform sandals designed in green tapestry from her brand Jessica Simpson Collection.

The first slide showed her opening her mouth in delight, with one hand on the steering wheel, as seen through the open driver's door of the immobile vehicle. The door was closed in the second and third slides, with the 43-year-old focused on the camera. She left her blonde hair down in all the photos, flowing over her shoulders to her waist.  

The post garnered quite the attention, with supporters and haters penning remarks in the comment section. An admirer exclaimed, "You're prepared like a good Girl Scout ?!" before another stated that she looked like "sunshine." 

A third follower proclaimed, "Best looking Uhaul driver ever!" A fourth then called the "Irresistible" singer "the chicest over-packer I know." One more fan commented, "Gotta be prepared for anything!??." Admiring Simpson's toned legs, a commenter wrote, "Look at that leg muscle girlllll?" followed by another who believed she was not overpacking but "being prepared."

An Instagram user who hoped she was headed to Nashville admired her look with a star emoji before a fellow fan described her as "So good." Similarly, one other supporter called the musician "QUEEN." At the same time, some devotees complimented her shoes with one writing, "With the heels ??" followed by another: "Need those heels!! ???" and a third comment that read, "The shoes! ??.”

An admirer who was all about the U-haul noted that it was "nice" before two more followers declared their love for the stunning pictures. "Go Jessica…," a fellow commenter urged the "Employee of the Month" actress, whereas another raved, "Looking beautiful Jessica, enjoy your trip."

As expected, critics were not so taken with Simpson's new update, including one who asked, "Who road trips in a U-Haul?" and another pointing out that she could "just buy new things when she got to her destination.

A fellow hater questioned, "You are driving with them heels on? Really??" whereas another claimed, "You don't know how to drive." One more teased, "Definitely NOT driving shoes ?" while a user regarded her outfit as "wrong."

This will not be the first time the "I Wanna Love You Forever" vocalist will be slammed by haters, as she has regularly been targeted since she unveiled her trimmed-down figure on social media.

The critics did not back down even on her 43rd birthday, which she marked using an unfiltered image of her face with minimal makeup on the gram. She looked overjoyed in the snap and went for a simple yet classy look by styling her hair back into a sleek bun and accessorizing with hoop earrings and a crystal necklace.

Taking to the caption, she declared, "43 makeup free (kinda. Ha. I did curl my lashes)." This drew criticism immediately as many dragged her for lying about not using makeup products.

One comment read: "Beautiful as always but not makeup-free in this photo. Choosing makeup or no makeup is fine…just be honest about it, especially for the young, impressionable fans."

Simspon was once again dragged on Instagram following her feature on Bustle Magazine earlier this month.

She dropped pictures from the piece on her Instagram feed, captioned "First time I ever did a push-up in backless jeans! Thanks so much for having me @Bustle and @mickeyrapki. I'd share the queso with you any day. What an honor!"

While celeb fans like Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi, Paris Hilton, and Shay Mitchell showed love to the post, some haters believed she gave off "The Conjuring" movie vibes.

One such commenter wrote, "The sitting picture is scary. Conjuring movie vibes. What happened?? ? She's usually full of life and light."
