Kylie Jenner is opening up about what she believes is the biggest misconception about her and slams false surgery claims.

Suffice it to say the 25-year-old, who boasts nearly 400 million followers on Instagram, has become one of the most famous women in the world. Unfortunately, this attention has created hostile debates about her appearance, childhood, and whether she has gone under the knife— which she vehemently debunks.

Kylie Jenner Denies Getting Multiple Face Surgeries And Being an 'Insecure Child'

During a glam session with sisters Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian on Thursday's episode of "The Kardashians," the beauty mogul lashes out about childhood insecurities and continued speculation surrounding her looks.

The mom-of-two explains that while it's "normal to be insecure sometimes," many people make untrue hypotheses about her self-confidence. "I always remember being the most confident kid in the room," Jenner said, adding:

"I always loved myself — I still love myself — and one of the biggest misconceptions about me is that I was this insecure child and got so much surgery to change my whole face, which is false; I've only gotten fillers. I feel like I don't want that to be a part of my story."

During the conversation, the trio also talked about the pressures society places on them to be perfect. The "Kylie Cosmetics" founder pointed out that she used to fall victim to editing her pictures.

"I went through that stage too, and I feel like I'm in a better place," she admitted before she said, "but other people can still instill insecurities in you." She then emphasizes that her family should use their influence to inspire others to love themselves more.

Afterward, Kourtney mentioned that everyone should be confident "even in your imperfections" and shared her observation about the world's high "beauty standards." Khloe agreed, saying:

"I had the most confidence; I was chubby and in a skin-tight body-con dress — you couldn't tell me otherwise. Society gave me insecurities."

The 25-year-old media personality further mentioned the insecurity her sisters brought out in her. As Jenner said, she was never pressed about her ears until her family started calling her "Dopey" from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.

When she mentions this, the "Good American" founder clarified the family did so because they always thought she had cute ears, but Jenner said she "didn't receive it like that."

Aside from the misconceptions, the makeup mogul does not like how old age might look on her. Around a week ago, The Blast noted that Jenner used the viral old face filter to turn herself into an elderly version and shared her dissatisfied reaction.

In the TikTok clip, the stunning television personality looked quite wrinkled. As she filmed herself, she unstrung her hair numerous times and sneered while voicing distaste for how her future self may look.

She said, "I don't like it, I don't like it at all," adding, "No, no," in disbelief. As expected, the post stirred up varied responses from her admirers. One commentator poked fun at the socialite, saying, "She hit speed dial to the doc real quick," whereas a second user confessed, "Whew, I howled."

One other commenter noted that Kylie looked like her mom, Caitlyn Jenner, while another agreed by commenting, "OMG Caitlyn." Subsequently, a fan assured her it was the aging process before another wrote, "I feel like you will age beautifully."

The Socialite Puts Her Red Flags On Front Street

Jenner may not be a fan of her future wrinkles, but she never tires of using TikTok filters. Earlier in June, she used a red flag filter to highlight her not-so-cool traits and behavioral patterns, including being "high maintenance."

The doting mother-of-two filmed herself starting with three flags indicating — "doesn't tip," "sleeps with socks," and "picks her nose." She immediately answered "no" to the first two flags. A second set of options read, "doesn't say thank you," "doesn't recycle," and "slow texter." Jenner instantly disagreed with the first flag but shrugged at the other two flags.

Concluding the candid and fun moment, the entrepreneur verified that one of her red flags was being "self-centered" and biting her nails. She also confessed that she was high maintenance, after which she timidly covered her face with her hand.
