Actress Salma Hayek is ageless! Fans can't believe how good the "Black Mirror" actress looks at 56, even while she's biting the heads off shrimp!

Her 25 million Instagram followers often gush about her appearance and wonder how it is she always looks so young! Although some have suspected that she might have a little work done, the "Frida" star recently confirmed that she does not use Botox and instead turns to meditation to reduce her wrinkles!

The “House of Gucci” actress recently appeared on Kelly Ripa’s podcast “Let’s Talk Off Camera” for an interview that touched on her beauty secrets. Although some of her followers suspect that she is using Botox to keep her youthful appearance, the actress insisted that is not the case.

“No Botox,” she told Ripa, explaining that she instead practices a form of meditation where she can feel the energy “dancing” throughout her body. She credits this “strange” meditation for her youthful appearance.

Although she doesn’t use injectables, she does use machines to help her body in a more natural way. “I do a lot of the frequency machines and they work on me better than on anyone,” she explained. “And just the meditation … sometimes when I’m doing it, people tell me when I come out of the room, ‘Oh my God, you look 20 years old.'”

She defended her decision to use radiofrequency and micro frequency machines to tighten her skin in non-invasive ways, saying, “The people that do the machines say that the results I get, they don’t get with other people.”

The “From Dusk Till Dawn” actress went on to say that her meditation practice is more than just skin deep. “When I don’t [meditate] for some time, guess what? Not only [does] the face starts to drop and everything starts to drop, [but also] my herniated disc, the problem in my neck, the problem in my hip, my ankles [comes back]. I start breaking down,” she said in comments transcribed by Page Six Style.

The actress has often taken a stance against Botox. In 2017, she told DuJour that she doesn’t “believe” in using Botox “because your face doesn’t move, and it’s something you have to do for the rest of your life, more and more every time.”

Salma Hayek is not just an actress - she's a social media sensation! On July 7, she took to Instagram to share a video that featured her exercise routine in the pool. She looks as elegant as can be as she swims through the water, doing leg lifts and clapping her hands in front of her body.

“I can’t believe it, 25 million followers! Thank you soo soo much to every single one of you. Seeing as you all like my bikini pictures the most, here’s a bikini workout for you all,” she wrote in the caption. “I hate exercising- but I love to celebrate good moments dancing in the water. I am genuinely moved and grateful for all your love & support.”

She also repeated her message in Spanish, writing, “No lo puedo creer, 25 millones de seguidores! Muchas gracias a cada uno de ustedes. Ya que su foto favorita es la del bikini, aquí les comparto una rutina de ejercicio en bikini, aquí hay un trabajo en bikini para todos ustedes. Odio hacer ejercicio, pero me encanta celebrar los buenos momentos bailando en el agua. Estoy genuinamente conmovida y agradecida por todo su apoyo y amor.”
