Taking to Instagram, the 30-year-old posted a beautiful photo of the couple captured on a yacht, their exact location undisclosed, with Jonas seated behind Chopra, enveloping her in a loving embrace.

The singer sported a casual blue sleeveless top and shorts, while the celebrant looked effortlessly chic in a patterned sundress and a pair of stylish white sunglasses. The image aptly captioned, "I love celebrating you. In a charming twist of fate, the lovebirds' journey began with a simple text exchange in 2016. The former Miss World revealed that the "A Little Bit Longer" artist reached out to her on Twitter, expressing his interest in going on a date. Soon, their text conversations evolved into a delightful mix of friendship and flirtation before their first in-person encounter at the Vanity Fair Oscars party in 2017.

The sparks between the duo began to fly just a week before their much-anticipated appearance as Ralph Lauren's guests at the 2017 Met Gala after they first met at The Carlyle in New York City for a casual drink. Even though they ended up in the "Quantico" star's apartment, their relationship did not get romantic till the following year. 

In June 2018, they met each other's families, marking how serious they were getting. By the next month, the "Burnin' Up" singer and "Aitraaz" actress got engaged on her 36th birthday in Crete. In early November, they reportedly took a significant step toward their marital union by obtaining a marriage license at the Beverly Hills courthouse.

The couple's extravagant wedding celebrations commenced on December 1 with a Western and Traditional Hindu ceremony. On January 15, 2022, the couple experienced the joy of parenthood as they welcomed their daughter into the world. Opting for surrogacy, they named their precious bundle of joy Malti Marie. 

Although the pair are well known in their various fields, leading to very hectic schedules, they still find time to witness and enjoy their baby girl's growth. The "Citadel" star shared a heartwarming image on her Instagram story, where she gracefully held baby Malti in her arms.
