White Party Host Michael Rubin Reveals Truth Behind Kim Kardashian & Tom Brady Dating Rumors

Billionaire businessman Michael Rubin has addressed rumors about a romantic connection between reality star Kim Kardashian and NFL icon Tom Brady.

Rubin recently hosted an all-white party at his Hamptons mansion that saw a slew of celebrities attend. Kardashian and Brady, who were also in attendance, were spotted talking with each other. 

It further fueled rumors after viral reports that she was searching for a house around the former athlete's retirement home in the Bahamas. Now, Rubin has revealed that the duo are "just friends" and that he spent most of the event with Brady.

Rubin has shed more light on the rumored connection between Kardashian and Brady after the two were recently spotted at his all-white party on July 4. The extravagant event took place at his opulent $50 million Hamptons mansion.

The Fanatics CEO revealed that, contrary to speculation of a romance, the duo are "just friends." He went on to say that he and Brady spent most of the night together in what he described as a rare party appearance from the former NFL star.

"Tom was with me a ton of the night, and we were having fun, and Tom just doesn't go out that much," Rubin noted in a conversation with ET Canada.

He additionally verified Kardashian's widely shared online statement that she had taken 11 shots at the party, despite not being a frequent drinker.

He added, "So I think Kim's 10 or 12 shots she had, [and] Tom, you know, being fun, it just leads to rumors. We always want to laugh about it."

Rubin's clarification comes after Brady and Kardashian drew attention to themselves at the Hamptons party.

While they didn't make a joint entrance, both superstars were observed engaged in a friendly conversation, as evident in a viral photograph released by the gossip blog DeuxMoi. Subsequent to the event, a source confirmed that the pair did indeed spend time conversing with each other.

"Kim and Tom spent time hanging out and talking at Michael Rubin's white party and had a good time together," the insider said, per Daily Mail.

However, some other insiders claimed that the pair's interaction lasted only a short while.

One source said, per People magazine, "[They] said hi briefly when she arrived at the party," while another noted, "Kim and Tom barely even spoke at the party and barely even said hello." 

A few months ago, reps for Brady shut down rumors that Brady and Kardashian were more than friends. At the time, reports circulated that the reality star was looking for a vacation house near Brady's in the Bahamas.

A source close to Kardashian also shared the same view, saying that the single mother is "focused" on other personal things in her life. "They have friends and business partners in common but are not dating," the insider said of the rumored connection between Brady and Kardashian, per People.

They added, "Kim is very focused on her kids, her businesses, law school, and preparing for American Horror Story."

Another source told Entertainment Tonight that the two superstars have only been in conversation about the vacation properties that Kardashian was interested in.

The insider said, "Tom and Kim have been in touch because Kim is looking to buy property where Tom has a vacation home." 

Kardashian split from her husband, Kanye West, in 2021, although they officially finalized the terms of their divorce in November last year.

As part of the terms of the divorce, the duo agreed to joint custody of their children, North, 9; Saint, 6; Chicago, 4; and Psalm, 3.

Kardashian is also expected to receive $200,000 a month in child support from the "Donda" rapper. Additionally, he will be responsible for fifty percent of the children's major expenses.

As for Brady, he and his ex-wife Gisele Bündchen announced their decision to end their marriage in October 2022 after 13 years together.

Their marriage bore two kids: son Benjamin, 12, and daughter Vivian Lake, 9. Brady also shares a son, John Edward, 15, with ex-Bridget Moynahan.
