'Selling Sunset' Bre Tiesi Sues After Suffering 'Serious Injuries' In Car Accident

'Selling Sunset'star Bre Tiesi is suing a person for allegedly causing a car accident that landed her with significant injuries.

According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, the reality star crashed into another vehicle while traveling on a street in Burbank, CA. The accident apparently happened in 2021, but she is now taking the case to the Los Angeles County Court for damages.

In the filing, a person named Keshunna Parker is accused of causing the pile-up, and Tiesi claims on July 30, 2021, they were driving near the intersection of Burbank Blvd when Parker "negligently and carelessly" caused an accident.

The person "owned and operated their vehicle negligently and carelessly, proximately causing property damage and personal injury to (Tiesi)" the document reads.

It continues, "Defendants owed Plaintiff a duty to exercise reasonable care in the operation of their vehicle. Defendants breached their duty in that they failed to operate their vehicle in a safe and reasonable manner. As a direct and proximate result of Defendant's breach of duty, Breana Falon Manziel sustained serious injuries and damages."

Now, let's examine that for a minute. It's interesting, most people forget that Tiesi was married to College Football star and NFL burnout Johnny Manziel. We are guessing she hasn't changed her name legally to "Tiesi." The reason everyone forgets is that she just had a baby with Nick Cannon. Plus, 'Selling Sunset' is now more famous to most people than the quarterback. But, more on that later.

It's unclear how bad the accident was, except Bri is suing for the "costs of past and future medical treatment of such injuries, pain and suffering, and other consequential damages." And, she described the injuries as "serious" and has taken the step of filing a lawsuit in civil court.

The best part is Tiesi was spotted a few months back driving a brand-new Lamborghini SUV in Hollywood. At the time, Nick Cannon took credit for the uber-expensive vehicle saying, "'Nope! The Government don't have to tell us to pay Child Support… WE PAY LAMBO SUPPORT !!'" Adding, "'My Money is Their Money! Just accept it, We different over here !! LOL.'"

Nick's comments came about five months after he became the father of his 12th child with model Alyssa Scott. Bre and Nick share a son together named Legendary. As you know, he shares two children with Mariah Carey too. As for the others, we just don't have time to go over the whole list.

If you are a 'Selling Sunset' fan -- you know the topic has been fodder for the reality television show, with Tiesi fighting with co-stars for questioning their reported, "open relationship."

The person accused of causing Tiesi's serious car accident has yet to respond, and the reality star didn't specify how much the damages might be in the case.

It's now up to a judge.
