Fitness Trainer Jac Cordeiro Drops Jaws In Sheer Black Lingerie

Fitness guru Jac Cordeiro is looking better than ever in her sheer black lingerie!

The JacFit founder - who just so happens to be dating A-Rod right now - shared a steamy black-and-white photo that was certainly quite a change from her usual fitness apparel!

In one of her latest Instagram posts, the fitness guru shared a stunning snap that featured her standing in front of the camera in sheer black lingerie. The black-and-white snap made the black fabric pop against her sun-kissed skin as she looked directly into the camera with her long blonde hair styled up in rollers. She is holding an old-fashioned telephone against her thigh with one hand and holds the receiver to her ear in the other.

“Distance gives us a reason to love harder,” she wrote in the caption. Fans were quick to gush over the snap. “One of my favorite pictures of you!” one fan commented. “Beautiful and inspirational!!” another follower exclaimed. “Nothing like a black and white photo. You look amazing, gorgeous,” a third fan chimed in while another follower called her snap “straight fi-ya.”

In another post, Jac posed barefoot against a black background in another sheer black bodysuit. She has her hands by her sides and her long blonde hair slicked back out of her face as she shows off the muscles in her legs. In the caption of this Instagram post, she wrote, “Be the energy you want to attract” and included the hashtags #progressnotperfection, #5amclub, #protectyourenergy, and #teamjacfit.

A-Rod was certainly attracted to the post, making sure to leave a single fire emoji. Jac replied with a single red heart emoji. The caption also attracted followers, with one fan writing, “That’s my life philosophy.” Another follower wrote, “You’re a great inspiration to women like me!” A third fan called her “very fine and beautiful” while other followers called her “stunning” and “perfect.”

Fans aren’t quite sure what to call this out! In another post, she wore a bikini top and matching drawstring bottoms that matched her long-sleeve top. The sleeves had three cuts along her outer arms, leaving most of her skin exposed. She paired her look with a black baseball cap, neon pink sneakers, and dangling hoop earrings.

“Get obsessed with your goals,” Jac wrote in the caption. “Wake up express gratitude. Invest in yourself physically. Eat food to serve for function not emotion. Make decisions that work towards your goals. Remember your why. Be intentional. Be present. Don’t be afraid to step outside your comfort zone. A-rod commented “Obsessed with those kicks,” finishing off his comment with a fire emoji. “Your photos are always fire,” another follower gushed. “Good advice. Beautiful picture. You are absolutely gorgeous,” another fan chimed in. “This picture is very good and you are looking gorgeous,” another follower agreed while another fan gushed, “You look so amazing.”

In another Instagram post, Jac flexed her back muscles as she proceeded to do several pull-ups. “You lose, you smile and come back the next day. You win, you smile, and come back the next day,” she wrote in the caption, reminding her followers that ten sets of ten assisted pull-ups was just her warm-up!

A-Rod dropped another fire emoji on this post as well and Jac responded with her usual red heart emoji. “Good job! You make it look so easy!” one fan commented. “I wish I could do that,” another follower shared. “Absolutely gorgeous,” a third fan chimed in while another follower wrote, “You inspire me.”
