'RHOA' Putting Kenya Moore's Child In Compromising Position, Reality Stars Back In Court

The Real Housewives of Atlantais causing some trouble for Kenya Moore. Her estranged husband is dragging her to court for endangering their daughter.

The actress and her reality TV co-star had an epic screaming match on the popular Bravo TV series this season. Hampton was filmed banging on Moore’s hotel room like she was the damn police.

She used balled-up fists and her feet to make as much noise as possible. When Moore finally answers the door, she is in a rage and screams, desperate for attention Hampton for banging on her door.

She tells her that her daughter Brooklyn Daly, 4 is in the room sleeping. Later, fans find out from Moore that Brooklyn woke up and was frightened. She was screaming and asking her mom what was going on. It wasn’t a good look for Hampton or Moore (regarding her debacles earlier that night.)

The restaurant owner is already locked in an ugly divorce battle with Moore, and now, he has more ammo to slap up a new case against Moore, and predictably, that is exactly what he did.

In their last court battle, Daly fought not to have Brooklyn on camera, but he lost that bid because he couldn’t prove that his daughter would be in any hard or mental anguish. Moore was given the final authority on what Brooklyn could and could not film.

But this incident and another one where Moore filmed a Home Run Inn Pizza commercial with Brooklyn front and center has Marc reeling. He claims that Moore did not have “any discussion with” him.

He was surprised to see his daughter’s face on the internet. Daly has some other grievances with Moore and figures he would line them up while he’s got one complaint going already.

The single dad has shared with the courts that per his legal child custody documents, “[Marc] shall be allowed daily telephonic and video visitation with the minor child,” only he claims his calls have gone unanswered.

He “repeatedly requests calls and Facetime with [Brooklyn] and provides available times,” but he says Moore doesn’t respond. He also claims he’s only spoken to his daughter twice in June; he blames Moore for that, accusing her of refusing to “cooperate with in-person visits.”

Daly also implored the court to refer to how his ex-wife acted during their divorce proceedings. He is so fed up with allegedly having to go back to court for Moore that he now asks the Kenya Moore Haircare founder to pay his legal fees.

Moore is yet to comment publicly on Daly’s latest claims against her. Per the show, she has made it clear that Daly has made things very hard for her during their divorce and while she was married to him.

It’s hard to forget the scene where Daly hosted a charity event for men and nominated some of the husbands to give speeches, they were surprised to hear they were participating, and he repeatedly nagged Mooed over things he claimed he told her to do, but she says he never did.

It seems like this couple will be fighting even when Brooklyn and her spouse and kids force them to have one Christmas instead of bouncing from house to house.
