One fan commented, “You have no idea how much we love you and how proud we are of you, Britney. I just want you to know that you have SO MANY mothers, fathers, sisters, sons, daughters, and friends all over the world and we will always support you no matter what.”
Another follower shared, “Already preordered! So proud of you, your strength and courage.”
A third fan chimed in, “Super proud of you especially with how hard this must have been. This is brave, strong, and bold, we are owed no more insight into your world but you have allowed us an honest look once again. We love you, Britney.”
In addition to Instagram and Twitter, Britney also shared the video on Meta's new social media app, Threads, which she joined last week. "The Circle" reality star Courtney Revolution was one of the first to comment on her Thread, writing, "And ya know what... I'm gonna buy it tbh." Many fans were in agreement, with host Josh Breslow writing, "This will be the first book I ever read in its entirety."
Britney's New Memoir To Be 'The Publishing Event Of The Year'
Hours before Britney's announcement, People magazine revealed the title and release date of the long-awaited memoir. The book marks one of the biggest publishing details in history for the publishing giant Simon & Schuster; however, the book will be distributed through their imprint, Gallery Books, after a lengthy bidding war.
In a statement to the magazine, Jennifer Bergstrom, Gallery Books Senior Vice President and Publisher, said, “Britney’s compelling testimony in open court shook the world, changed laws, and showed her inspiring strength and bravery. Bergstrom went on to say, “I have no doubt her memoir will have a similar impact — and will be the publishing event of the year. We couldn’t be more proud to help her share her story at last.”
