Just days before the release of "Speak Now (Taylor's Version)," police responded to a call at Swift's home, which is reportedly surrounded by signs warning citizens not to trespass.
The woman was arrested after police were called. TMZ also captured photos of Meyer being handcuffed. She reportedly refused to comply with security's request to leave the property.
Meyer was charged with one misdemeanor act of trespassing (per TMZ) and was later released. She is due for a court appearance on Friday, July 14th.
The status of Swift being present at the residence at the time is unknown. However, she was thought to have been present on the property for Independence Day weekend. The "Back To December" singer hosted a Fourth of July party featuring a number of celebrities, including Selena Gomez and the HAIM sisters.

Swift released the third re-recording of her 'Taylor's Version' series; she announced she would be rerecording her first six albums in 2019, following the purchase of her original masters.
"Fearless (Taylor's Version)" kicked off the series, with "Red (Taylor's Version)" following it a few months later, in 2021. Each album features a series of previously unreleased 'From The Vault' songs which were left off of the original recordings. "Fearless" was originally released in 2008 with "Speak Now" following two years later, and "Red" would follow two years after.
"Speak Now" includes the hit songs "Mine," "Mean," and "Dear John." "Dear John" is an album cut that has been speculated to be about Swift's ex, musician John Mayer. Mayer was in his thirties while he and Swift briefly dated; she was only 19.
"Speak Now (Taylor's Version)" was announced during the first of three Nashville dates on Swift's highly-anticipated 'Eras Tour,' which runs through August.
The "Ours" singer commemorated the album's release on her Instagram yesterday.

Posting a photo of herself lying down on the ground, surrounded by purple flowers, Swift wrote, "It’s here. It’s yours, it’s mine, it’s ours. It’s an album I wrote alone about the whims, fantasies, heartaches, dramas and tragedies I lived out as a young woman between 18 and 20. I remember making tracklist after tracklist, obsessing over the right way to tell the story. I had to be ruthless with my choices, and I left behind some songs I am still unfailingly proud of now."
"Therefore, you have 6 From The Vault tracks! I recorded this album when I was 32 (and still growing up, now) and the memories it brought back filled me with nostalgia and appreciation," she continued. "For life, for you, for the fact that I get to reclaim my work. Thank you a million times, for the memories that break our fall. Speak Now (MY VERSION!) is out now."
