Selena Gomez Channels Summer Vibes In The Pool In Her Cheeky Swimsuit

Actress Selena Gomez is making the most of her summer and fans are here for it!
The “Only Murders in the Building” actress rocked a burnt orange swimsuit as she took a dip in the pool and worked on her tan in the bright summer sun!

Everyone wants to have Selena as a bestie! The “Wolves” singer took to Instagram to share a few snaps of her rocking no make-up and an orange swimsuit. She is turned toward the camera, her legs covered with a fluffy blue towel as she kneels barefoot on the couch while her BFF Nicola Peltz rocks a white bikini and dangling beaded earrings.
In another photo, she is swimming in the pool, resting her elbows along the edge as her long dark hair flows back behind her. A Pitbull mix is standing on the edge of the pool, although it looks like he has no plans to join Selena and her friends in the pool!
Plenty of fans and famous friends showered her post with love. Even a few brands jumped into the comments. iHeart Radio commented, “Love seeing you smile” alongside three red heart emojis. MTV wrote, “Love you SO MUCH” along with four purple heart emojis.
One fan called her “The main character in this world” while another follower called her “Our Queen” alongside a crown emoji. “MOTHER IS MOTHERING,” a third fan exclaimed. “What a blessing. You look so beautiful,” another follower shared.
“Why are you so hot?” another fan asked. “SUN? No thanks. Selena Gomez is here,” another follower teased. “Who else wants Selena as a bestie?” another fan asked. “Selena and Nicole together is a masterpiece,” another follower gushed. “Best friend goals,” another fan chimed in.
Speaking of best friends, many fans couldn’t help but wonder why "Lavender Haze" singer Taylor Swift wasn’t in the photos that Selena shared! Multiple fans asked some variations of “Where’s Taylor?” and wanted to see more snaps of the two together. Although she didn’t post any photos with Taylor – yet – she did share a snap of Taylor sitting in a blue dress for her Fourth of July party!

Fans absolutely love the friendship between Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez. On Friday morning, Selena shared a photo of Taylor on her Instagram Stories. The photo shows the "Love Story" singer sitting on a ledge beside the ocean, rocking a blue floral-print dress and a statement necklace.
This was only one of the photos that Taylor posted earlier in the day before her The Eras Tour stop in Kansas City. In the caption of her Instagram post, she wrote, “Happy belated Independence Day from your local neighborhood independent girlies.”
On Friday morning, the “Anti-Hero” singer posted several photos of her Independence Day celebration with Selena and HAIM, which consists of Este, Danielle, and Alana Haim. The girls look like they are having an impromptu karaoke session in the kitchen in one of the photos. In another, Taylor and Selena have their tongues out as they share a rocket pop!
Although she disabled comments on her Instagram page, many fans took to Twitter, where she also shared the photos, to share their love for their friendship! “THE TAYLENA PICTURES,” one fan exclaimed. “OMG TAYLOR SWIFT & SELENA GOMEZ IS ONE PICTURE TOGETHER. I’M NOT OKAY RIGHT NOW. SCREAMING, CRYING & THROWING UP,” another follower shouted.
Update: Selena also posted this photo to her Instagram page early Saturday morning, writing, "Sometimes you need to be around empowering, kind and kick a** gals. I needed that." Fans again praised the "Taylena" snaps, with one fan asking, "Now where are the people who said they aren't friends anymore?"
“Bring Selena to Seattle’s second show for her birthday weekend! I want to see my queens together!!” another fan requested. “You better have Selena Gomez as a feature at least ONCE,” another follower wrote. Other fans were hoping that this was an easter egg that Selena would appear in 1989 (Taylor’s Version).
“Selena on 1989 TV?” one fan asked. “She’s already giving 1989 vibes and Speak Now hasn’t been out for a full 24 hours,” another follower wrote. “It’s giving 1989 TV vibes HARD and I am so here for it,” another fan gushed. “SELENA ON 1989 yup,” another follower wrote. “The 1989 Era. Even though Speak Now (Taylor's Version) just dropped today, fans can't wait to see when 1989 (Taylor's Version) will be released... especially if Selena is on it!
