G Flip Opens Up About Married Life With Wife Chrishell Stause: 'She's Kind Of Like This Beautiful Barbie'

Singer G Flip, who identifies as non-binary, surprised the world with their spontaneous Las Vegas wedding to Chrishell Stause from "Selling Sunset." The wedding itself was an untraditional and intimate affair with a small guest list and virtual attendance.

Australian Rocker G Flip surprised everyone earlier this year by tying the knot with Chrishell Stause from "Selling Sunset" in a spontaneous Las Vegas wedding.

In an interview with The Project on Friday, G Flip, who identifies as non-binary and prefers they/them pronouns, revealed that contrary to their apparent differences, they are remarkably similar. "We actually are so much more similar than you would think. I feel like aesthetically she's kind of like this beautiful Barbie and, you know, I'm always looking, however, I'm looking," G Flip said, per Daily Mail.

They added, "We just got to know each other. We just found we had so many things in common. She's just awesome. She couldn't come with me on this trip, but she's coming with me for some of the Aussie shows. And she likes getting front row in the mosh. She ain't standing on the side, you know?"

The lovebirds took the world by surprise when news of their romance emerged last year, as Stause had previously only dated men and was formerly married to "This Is Us" actor Justin Hartley, found love with G Flip, whose real name is Georgia Flipo.

In a candid revelation, G Flip disclosed the details of their whirlwind relationship and how they managed to keep it under wraps before going public. Contrary to popular belief that they met while Stause starred in one of G Flip's music videos, the truth is that their connection predated that.

"We actually met before the video, we kissed a couple of times before the music video," G Flip revealed on KIIS FM's "The Kyle and Jackie O Show." 

"We met plenty of times before and hung out, we actually met through Tones And I. Tones And I was looking for a mansion in LA, and Chrishell is a real estate agent."

G Flip continued, "So we met very briefly at a party, but months later, at the start of 2022, we got in contact with each other, and some flirting went down."

In early May, the couple tied the knot in an "untraditional" ceremony held in Las Vegas. When questioned about whether their decision to get married was spontaneous or planned, G Flip responded, "It wasn't planned as in we didn't spend a year getting a list and getting it perfect, it was untraditional and quick and it was the best day of my life."

G Flip mentioned that they had only a small gathering of three or four guests present at the wedding. However, they made sure to include their families who were unable to attend by streaming the ceremony on Zoom. "All my family is in Australia and Chrishell has family in different parts of the US so they were watching on Zoom and we had like 3 or 4 guests," the singer explained.

During an interview with Kyle and Jackie O, G Flip disclosed that they are the first non-binary individual that Stause has been involved with romantically. "I was not what she planned, she always thought a man was in her future but along came me and I changed it up a bit," they shared, per Daily Mail.

When asked about the common occurrence of individuals initially identifying as straight but later falling in love with someone from the LGBTQ+ community, G Flip stated, "I think nowadays it's happening more and more, in the queer community, you hear about it a lot."
