Marie-Lou Nurk is officially off the market! Days after teasing a new romance with a mystery man, the German native revealed her heart has a fresh tenant after Jason Oppenheim.

The stunning model has made waves since the debut of her relationship with the "Selling Sunset" star. Although the pair called it quits a month ago, they retained a close relationship, according to the Netflix alum.

During a Q&A session on her Instagram Story, the social media influencer was queried about her relationship status. The person who posed the question might have been curious about the model's previous post, where she held hands with an unknown man.

"New boyfriend?" the fan's inquiry read alongside a smiling face emoji. Seemingly head over heels for her new beau, Nurk responded to the follower using a blush pink background with a large blurred-out pink heart.

On this attractive backdrop, the blonde beauty sweetly responded with an overlay text, writing: "Something incredible happened when I least expected it." Hinting that she had been caught unaware by Cupid, the German native added the emoji of a pink heart with an arrow in its center.

As stated above, the Q&A segment came days after the media personality teased her romance with an unidentified man. Taking to her Instagram Story, Nurk shared a picture of her fingers entwined with a male's.

In the snap, the duo rocked bracelets on their wrists, with the mystery lover donning three silver pieces of jewelry and a black band. Meanwhile, the influencer seemingly hinted at her connection to the man with her beaded accessory.

The blonde's bracelet featured white beads engraved with black letters on a red string. The design was arranged to show a tiny heart and spell out the Spanish word for love, "AMOR."

This post joined several post-breakup updates that Nurk had dropped since splitting from Oppenheim. These social media contents seemingly proved the model was not crying over the end of her relationship with the real estate mogul.

Weeks before Nurk debuted her new relationship on social media, her ex-boyfriend poured his heart out in a candid interview about their separation. Oppenheim got candid about embracing singlehood, noting that moving on from his ten-month relationship was challenging.

Although the former couple had chosen to separate, the Oppenheim Group president confessed the duo was slowly navigating a life without each other. Being exes did not automatically mean the pair would reduce contact, as the 46-year-old claimed they spoke frequently.

I’m just going to take it slow," the Netflix star explained, noting that he was focused on more important things.

According to the reality TV star, his plans involved the opening of the Oppenheim Group’s fourth real estate office in San Diego. Additionally, the businessman was busy filming new episodes of the "Selling The OC" spinoff series alongside enjoying some off-the-camera fun with his loved ones.
