Jamie Foxx's Mansion Is Being Renovated
Per Page Six, Foxx's Mediterranean-style villa in California is currently undergoing renovation while the actor recuperates in a private facility.
The sprawling mansion, worth $10.5 million, consists of a living room, multiple bedrooms, and baths, along with a dining area, gym, kitchen, library, game room, recording studio, and a massive garage that can hold five cars.
It also features areas for outdoor sporting activities, including a basketball court, tennis courts, and an Olympic-sized swimming pool.

Photographs obtained by the publication provided visual evidence of ongoing renovations taking place at the expansive 17,000-square-foot residence on Friday. One particular snapshot showcased a dumpster brimming with discarded construction materials in the mansion's backyard.
Another image captured the presence of handyman equipment, including a ladder and a worker's table, alongside stacks of wooden slabs.
In the meantime, it is unclear whether these modifications were being carried out in preparation for Foxx's return or if they were simply routine maintenance tasks being conducted on the property.
Jamie Foxx Is 'Still Not Himself'
News of the ongoing house renovations comes after a source said that the actor is "still not himself" despite getting the "best care" since his health crisis back in April, per People Magazine.
At the time, the actor was in Atlanta filming Netflix's" Back In Action," but then suffered a medical complication that led to a period in the hospital. He was later moved to a private facility in Chicago, where he is currently recuperating.
The exact details surrounding the health crisis that befell Foxx remain shrouded in uncertainty, as his family has chosen to keep the information under wraps.
All this time, the actor has stayed away from social media, only briefly returning in April to express gratitude to fans and well-wishers for their prayers. Another appearance occurred in June when he announced the release of his film "They Cloned Tyrone."
Jamie Foxx Has Spoken With A Few People
In recent weeks, several celebrity friends of Foxx have noted that they have yet to speak with him since his health crisis. However, the actor's "They Cloned Tyrone" costar, John Boyega, is one of the few who has been able to get through.
Boyega told People that he spoke on the phone with Foxx after several trials during his appearance at the film's Los Angeles premiere on Tuesday.
"I gave him the well wishes directly," Boyega told the publication, confirming his colleague was "doing well." He added, "I gave him all the well wishes. So I'm just gonna be waiting until he comes back out here. So take your time, Jamie. We love you, bro."
Datari Turner, who joined Foxx as co-producer of "They Cloned Tyrone," also told the publication that the actor is "in really, really good shape and spirits" and will be "back to work very soon."
More Movies From The Actor Have Debuted In His Absence
One other movie that featured Foxx has debuted in his absence, in addition to the science fiction comedy collaboration with Boyega.
The Nick Cassavetes directed film, "God is a Bullet," is an action thriller whose appellation comes from Bob Terran's novel of the same name.
"When detective Bob Hightower (Coster-Waldau) finds his ex-wife murdered and daughter kidnapped by a satanic cult, he quits the police force, gets tattoos, and infiltrates the cult to hunt down the charismatic cult leader, Cyrus, with the help of the cult's only female escapee, Case Hardin (Monroe)," read a synopsis of the movie, which portrays Foxx as The Ferryman.
Foxx also lent his voice to a canine character called Bug in the R-rated comedy "Strays." The movie, which stars Josh Gad, Sofia Vergara, and Will Ferell, debuts in cinemas on August 18.
