"Alan Arkin. I’ve always been enamored of his talent but his compassion is unmatched. He was one of the first to screen HIDDEN FIGURES and afterwards I received a call from him. That conversation is forever locked in my heart, buffered by gratitude. I truly hope that whatever your discipline when you least expect it, someone you admire greatly puts the wind in your sails as Alan did for me. Rest in peace and power."
