The oldest daughter in the Chrisley clan, Lindsie Chrisley, is telling the world that she is allergic to family drama amid Todd and Julie Chrisley's incarceration.

Lindsie, born to Todd and his ex-wife Teresa Terry was featured on the family's reality show "Chrisley Knows Best" until her final appearance in season five. She reportedly distanced herself from her family since 2017, including her siblings, whom she does not follow on social media, for an interesting reason she recently divulged.

Despite not being very close with her folks, Lindsie supports her sister Savannah Chrisley in the little way she can amid custody of their younger siblings. Fans may recall that ever since Todd and Julie Chrisley were imprisoned last November for fraudulent activities, Savannah took custody of Grayson, 16, and her niece Chloe, 10, who is like a sister to her.

The beauty expert appears not to be alone with the responsibility as her half-sister opened up on her Instagram Story about how she "offered to help" Savannah. "I can only do so much from another state," Lindsie explained. "And I feel like my parents and I parent differently, and sometimes advice in a new situation isn't well received. You have to learn from lived experience."

She added that although she has shared things with Savannah that has worked for her, the podcaster has a "good support system" with Nannie and Julie's mom, and everything was going smoothly. The 33-year-old also pointed out how close Savannah was with the siblings before custody, making the process even easier.

She wrote, "It helps they filmed together and were already big parts of each other's lives."  In conclusion, Lindsie noted that she had been a parent for over a decade, so her life was totally different from her half-sister's life before her parent's imprisonment.

Still, she believed God would make everything work out in the end, as she declared, "If God brings you to it, He will bring you through it."

Prior to Lindsie's explanation, Savannah lamented in an episode of her podcast "Unlocked With Savannah" that she was in the "anger part of grief" at the time and was furious at everything. She stressed that given how her parents' situation affected the family, she doubted ever having children. However, she made it clear that she did not regret taking on the responsibility of parenting her younger siblings.

The South Carolina Native Clapped Black At Abby Lee Miller's Opinions About Her Father

Since Todd and Julie's incarceration, people have come up with opinions, not all positive, including "Dance Moms" alum Abby Lee Miller who publicly addressed the situation in an interview.

Miller reportedly described Todd as "very bougie" during the sit-down and claimed that he would have a hard time adapting to the simplicity of prison life. She also mentioned that she had previously told the Chrisleys patriarch to "be careful" during their supposed exchange about prison life before he was taken into custody.

Lindsie was not taken with Miller's statements as she slammed her in an April episode of the "Southern Tea" podcast, believing the older entertainer had no right to discuss her father's affairs.

She said, "I don't mean this in a petty way, and it's probably going to come across a little petty, but what she did, in my opinion, was very inappropriate."

The September-born felt Miller betrayed her father by airing their exchanges to the public. She then advised her to use her platform more productively and stop being "thirsty" for headlines.
