In a series of eye-catching photos, the artist posed topless and proudly displayed her latest ink addition: a mesmerizing spider tattoo beneath her striking bat skeleton design. In the third slide, she showed off her hand with several methods, like dotted lines at the tip of her fingers.

The most eye-catching was a sword piercing through an eyeball with nine and five numbers on each side. Rounding up the upload captioned "@mr.k_tattoo 🕷️," the 27-year-old bent slightly with her cat on her back. She exhibited her ample behind in sheer black leggings and a thong paired with a white crop top and knee-high boots.

Doja Cat's artistic choices drew attention from followers expressing concern over her mental well-being, like this person who wrote, "Someone, please call this woman and make sure she's okay."

While some yearned for the nostalgia of the "old Doja," this netizen noted, "it's giving satanic goddess." Meanwhile, others applauded her unapologetic nature and argued that "folks be so scared but don't even be knowing the real meaning behind what it is they scared of."

Interestingly, another supporter pointed out that the "So High" singer has always "been like this" before her mainstream success with "Planet Her," adding, "She'll forever troll the hell outta y'all until she's bored 😭."

Whatever the meaning of her body designs, there is no denying that Doja Cat is a trendsetter. Last month, she got people talking just like this when she took to Instagram to share images of the back tattoo before the added spider. While the initial photos provided a complete view of the ink,n she included a highlighted portion of text that shed light on the meaning of the tattoo, which read:

"Bats often represent death in the sense of letting go of the old and bringing in the new. They are symbols of transition, of initiation, and the start of a new beginning."

However, a few online commentators still voiced their apprehensions about the perceived sinister nature of the ink. One person penned, "Devil man crybaby vibes for some reason."

Another lamented the longing for the "old Doja," while a third boldly proclaimed the belief that the "Purrr!" artist's soul was "gone forever." Adding fuel to the fire, a fourth bluntly remarked, "Oh great, you're pure satanic."

Back in April, the "Woman" rapper showcased an intricate illustration of a mythical creature featuring a captivating hybrid with a female body, a horse-like head, a clawed foot, a hoofed foot, a scaled body, and a tail in the form of a bird's head. However, the cryptic caption "purging you" left fans both disturbed and intrigued.

In response to the media backlash, the Tarzana native took to her page to defend herself, sharing a carousel of images, including an article snippet revealing the origins of the illustration.

While the caption, "your fear is not my problem," echoed her unwavering stance, the article explained that the artwork originated from the 1665 edition of Fortunio Liceti's book, "De Monstris." In a series of taunting messages, the TV star continued unapologetically firing back at critics, writing:

"F**k you and f**k what you believe, b***h," she began, dismissing the claims with defiance. Not stopping there, she continued with provocative insults, even going as far as stating, "And I f****d your mom b***h."

In a third post, she sarcastically acknowledged the buzz around the controversy, writing, "Satan said thanks for all the buzz," before concluding with a bold statement that read, "Goodnight, p***y."

Undeterred, the "Juicy" artist extended her clap-back to Twitter, writing, "If ur calling me demonic, honestly, werk cuz like I love that u ate fr." When someone criticized her for disrespecting their religion, she responded with a sassy comeback: "u ate SUS."
