Tia Mowry is more than ready to move on and start afresh now that her divorce is finally behind her.
Mowry's 14-year marriage to fellow actor Cory Hardrict sadly ended last October due to irreconcilable differences, and they eventually finalized their divorce in April 2023.
The "Sister, Sister" alum now hints that she does not mind starting over and reinventing herself until she is her best self while inspiring her 12 million Instagram fans to do the same.
Tia Mowry Encourages Fans Not To Fear 'Starting Over' Following Her DivorceĀ
Mowry shared a hopeful message to her Instagram followers using an amusing Instagram reel of herself dancing and flaunting her strutting prowess. A text read across the video, which saw her dancing read, "It's not too late to start over!!! Even in your 40s! You Got This! Keep Going."

The 44-year-old wore a two-piece ensemble featuring brownish camouflage pants and a matching oversized jacket. She then completed her outfit with black strappy heels. Her curly hair was styled into a cute bun with some strands left to frame her face.
With her face glammed up to the nines with smoky eyes and a pair of gold hoop earrings to spice up her look, the "Twitches" star looked as glamorous as ever. Mowry attached a lengthy message in the caption, elaborating on people's fears with starting over in relationships and careers because of age.
"The fear of getting older and starting over with your career or a relationship is so common," she began, "but I am here to tell you that there is no need for that!"
The "Seventeen Again" actor said, "You hear so many stories of people who reinvent themselves later in life or get their big break in their 40s, and yet we still have this visceral reaction to growing older."
She further expressed her beliefs as to why people have such fear. She noted, "I believe that it is due to feeling like the pages in your book are ending. However, each year is just a new chapter and adventure for you. Just know you can keep reinventing yourself 'til you are the best version of yourself!"
Her post was applauded by fans who agreed with her, and some shared their experiences in the comments section. One declared, "Absolutely! At the age of 40, [graduated] from nursing school." A second follower penned, "This and this! Agreed! And we love your evolution, babe."
A third admirer believed 40 was not "even old," adding that "any good day is a new day to start anew." A fourth commenter said, "Some of your happiest days haven't been lived yet."
Subsequently, a fan exclaimed, "Embrace Change, Growth, & Elevation!!!!!" before complimenting Mowry: "Glow on beautiful." Another user then thanked her for the "inspiration and the reminder!"
The mother-of-two made the encouraging post days after the settlement details of her divorce from Hardrict were revealed. The documents obtained by The Blast revealed that the "Baggage Claim" actress would not pay any spousal or child support.
She and Hardrict agreed to share joint legal and physical custody of their two children and split the costs of raising them, including fees for extracurricular school activities. The agreement also revealed that Mowry would fully own the family's home worth $4.3 million in Studio City. Another item of interest in the papers was "new romantic partners."
It was noted that "Each party is restrained from introducing the minor children to a new romantic partner until the party has been in an exclusive relationship with the romantic partner for at least six months."
The 'Family Reunion' Star 'Danced It Out' In Celebration Of Finalizing DivorceĀ
Back in April, Mowry was in a celebratory mood after finally finalizing her divorce from her ex-husband and, in a similar manner, could not help but express glee on her Instagram. She posted a video of herself dancing in different moments and outfits to "Family Affair Vai No Tira E Bota" by Dj Mimo Prod.
The "Instant Mom" actress appeared over the moon in the clip and added a note that read: "This is your weekly reminder to dance it out." In the caption, she expressed as much delight by writing: "Celebrating myself today and every day because I am powerful, kind, creative, and all the things that make me, me!"
Mowry further sent a note encouraging other women never to forget to celebrate themselves because they are "amazing." She urged them to "do a little dance for yourself today because you're a badass!"
