Kim K's Trainer Senada Greca Shows How ‘Pretty Girls Walk’ In A Strapless Gown

Fitness trainer Senada Greca, the new fitness trainer of Kim Kardashian, is reminding her followers that she's not just a pretty face!

The Zentoa founder admitted that she has never really been known as "pretty" as she has always been known as either the "smart" one or the "sporty" one. That being said, she told her followers "I think I clean up okay" as she encouraged them to stop perpetuating unattainable beauty standards and learn to love their bodies and what they can do for them.

In one Instagram post, the popular fitness trainer responded to a comment that said "Too bad your face isn't pretty." She contrasted a video that featured her lifting heavy weights at the gym with a video of her standing up off the couch in an orange gown that featured a high slit.

“Well, I agree that my lifting face isn’t the prettiest, but I think I clean up okay… Joking aside, here’s your task today: tag and compliment another female you respect. And tell them why you respect them,” she wrote in the caption. “Listen, I was never considered or have I ever considered myself a beauty queen. I was always the smart one or the sporty one. Even when given compliments, I’m quick to dismiss them.”

“And I don’t really care that I might not have a pretty face, but what I do care about and makes me sad, is other females putting females down. It’s a shame!” she continued. “It’s a shame that we keep perpetuating unattainable beauty standards. It’s a shame that many young girls grow up thinking they have to look a certain way to be accepted.”

“We need to start appreciating and applauding people, especially fellow females. Look beyond what you might consider they’re lacking, and find the gifts in them. Try elevating another fellow female and see how much better that makes you feel, how much more evolved that feels,” she added. “None of us are perfect! But we all are perfectly imperfect!”

Fans and famous friends loved her positive message. Fitness trainer Ashley Borden commented, “Who the actual F leaves comments like that? How about ‘THANK YOU FOR YOUR FREE, AWESOME CONTENT’?” Senada replied, “I am baffled, honestly, at the awfulness that people spew while sitting behind a screen. But it doesn’t bother me personally.”

She continued, “I just feel awful for the young impressionable girls out there and the struggles they face growing up thinking that they have to upkeep a certain beauty standard. While there so much beauty inside of them that is immeasurable, unique and should be celebrated.”

Another follower commented, “Umm.... You are bloody beautiful! I sense jealousy. You're a wonderful role model from what I've seen since following your account and you are an attractive woman. Some women won't like that, they are spreading they're insecurity and jealousy and it's just nasty.”

Another fan shared, “I think you’re equally beautiful in both workouts and dressed up form. Besides, it’s not the hair, the nails, the skin, or the clothes that make us who we are, it’s the soul that lives within. Clearly, the person making such hateful comments should be worried about the latter.”

I for one have been following you for years and always thought that you literally looked SO perfect, that you could have been AI created or enhanced. Between what you look like and your form ALWAYS being absolute perfection… it’s like no way can she be real.”

Another fan chimed in, “When people say things like that from my experience is the lack of confidence in themselves. They have nothing to show for. They become jealous and must find something negative to say to justify or cover their own flaws.
