UPDATE
5:55 PM PT: According to Port of Portland PD, Katt got into an argument with an Uber driver who had arrived to pick him up and take him over to the Moda Center to appear in Nick Cannon's "Wild 'N Out" show. Katt allegedly assaulted the driver after an argument about transporting the comedian's dog.
He left the scene after getting another ride and the Uber driver went to the hospital with minor facial injuries. Katt was located Saturday morning and arrested on the assault charge, plus he's being held for a warrant out of Georgia.
He did not make it to his appearance for "Wild 'N Out."
Believe it or not, Katt Williams has once again found himself inside a jail cell.
The comedian was arrested in Oregon Saturday by the Port of Portland PD and booked into the Multnomah Count Sheriff's Office at 12:02 PM. The 47-year-old is being charged with misdemeanor assault and was given a bail of $2,500.
It's unclear exactly what Williams allegedly did this time, but it's not the first time this year he's been accused of assault. Back in April, a waiter in Georgia claimed the comedian caused severe injuries to his face when he hurled a glass salt shaker at him.
Williams remains in custody.
